NME have basically leaked the obvious that TCV will be playing at the Arctic Monkeys show tonight. Which means the rumours for Reading are most likley true, and basically i know the time and the place for there set at Reading.

Long story short, i'll be seeing TCV on Saturday!!!!!!!!!

OH

MY

f***ING

GOD.

best band of the weekend by an epic amount, the crowd went f***ing mental, i was right at the front to begin with, but went back due to crushing to the extent of not breathing.

For future reference, never, ever put Dave Grohl in a tent at a festival, too many people turn up.

i'll go into this in much more epic detail once im sober, just got back from fest, i only stopped the crazyness an hour ago.

Bit different for Leeds. I don't think anyone knew they were gonna play (I'd guess as they played leeds first, then word will have spread round even more to Reading). But yeah, I got there like 3 songs from the end and people were just rushing in to the tent. Massive cheers for Dave Grohl. They were pretty awesome.

well i had worked out before hand (i have been following them, on the TCV forums etc) but after Eagles of Death Metal it was obvious as Dave Grohl and Josh Homme were watching (and shown on the big screens) on the side if the stage, everyone near me in the tent before TCV knew it was gonna happen.

soooo good. best band if the weekend by far.

The rock collective – featuring Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl, Queens Of The Stone Age's Josh Homme and Led Zeppelin's John Paul Jones – will play six UK live dates as part of the gig run.

The jaunt will begin in Plymouth on December 8 and wrap up at the London Hammersmith Apollo on December 17.

Them Crooked Vultures played a secret show at the Leeds Festival on Friday (August 28), then one at the Reading Festival on Saturday (29).

Tickets for the December tour go on sale at 10am (BST) on Friday (September 4).

Them Crooked Vultures will play:

Plymouth Pavilions (December 10)

Portsmouth Guildhall (11)

Blackpool Empress Ballroom (13)

Birmingham O2 Academy (14)

Edinburgh O2 Academy (15)

London HMV Hammersmith Apollo (17)

might go to the hammersmith gig, although i have just spent £185 on my Reading 2010 ticket so may not afford it, but damn they were good on saturday.

Them Crooked Vultures--a/k/a Dave Grohl, Joshua Homme and John Paul Jones--has confirmed November 17 as the release date of its eponymous debut album in the United States and Canada on DGC/Interscope Records.

The self-produced 13-song record will feature the debut of the studio versions of the material Them Crooked Vultures unveiled at its August 9 debut at Chicago's Cabaret Metro and played on a first series of shows throughout a handful of UK and European cities and portions of the eastern U.S., wrapping up with an October 15 appearance at New York's Roseland Ballroom.

Additional shows are being announced in the wake of the album's release, including but not necessarily limited to December dates in the UK and Europe and a January trip to Australia and New Zealand.

The complete track listing of Them Crooked Vultures is as follows:

No One Loves Me & Neither Do I

Mind Eraser, No Chaser

New Fang

Dead End Friends

Elephants

Scumbag Blues

Bandoliers

Reptiles

Interlude With Ludes

Warsaw or The First Breath You Take After You Give Up

Caligulove

Gunman

Spinning In Daffodils

tracklisting means nothing anyway, no one has heard a full track unless they have seen them live.
