June 7, 200619 yr Author I think it wil be #1 on downloads by the weekend and follow on with #1 next week. Let's hope so
June 7, 200619 yr The track should pick up after Friday, she is singing this at the opening ceremony of the World Cup, but I don't think it go to No.1. Top 10 the most
June 7, 200619 yr Top ten - should be higher I love it now, after not liking it for quite a while! If it wasn't being performed at the World Cup I doubt it would go top 20 though, so top ten should be good!
June 7, 200619 yr Remember Shakira has had virtually no radio airplay, but neither did Sandi Thom & she made #1 despite only being #30 on Airplay. I can see potentially the same thing happening with Shakira.

Yea, That would be good, airplay or not, opening the world cup is going to been seen by a lot and it will be in the papers the following day. If people want to hear it, then it's airplay will go up anyway. I'm rather surprised it's got to #13 on iTunes with no promotion so far.
June 7, 200619 yr it's been on tv quite a bit but after the world cup performance im shure sales will rise!
June 7, 200619 yr About #6 or 7. It had BETTER chart higher than 'Don't Bother' did, I will be pissed if it doesn't!
June 7, 200619 yr Definately deserves to be #1 and I hope it will be. It's doing mega across the world even in the US. Comparing it to the last single Don't Bother, it's 500% better.
June 7, 200619 yr Comparing it to the last single Don't Bother, it's 500% better. ANYTHING is better than 'Don't Bother'. I love Shakira but that's one of the worst songs of the year for me, hate it to pieces. :puke2:
June 7, 200619 yr I'm going to say Top 10 because its an okay song, but I really don't get the fuss over this song
June 7, 200619 yr Author I'm going to say Top 10 because its an okay song, but I really don't get the fuss over this song  I think it captures mutli genre markets, so it's like pop and rnb and latin all combined, add in the Football and it's #1 almost everywhere. Well everywhere but the UK market where Shakira seems to struggle.
June 7, 200619 yr Top 10 I think. I think its ok, but theres better tracks out. Performing at the world cup is obviosly gonna increase her sales, but I don't think it'll get any higher than #6.
