there are some cron jobs (and httpd restart at this time) due to a firewall change httpd was down for a while longer than expected. Will see tonight how it works out!

not everything working 100% but most things ;). There is a great deal to making sure everything is working 100%. Will look into this over the next couple of days. I dont want to add it for all posts as theoretically someone could open a topic with 1000 posts and eat up unnecessary server resource.

this all should be fixed now. Server is fully locked down and optimised :D

take two - everything should now be back and fully working :D

server is bigger with more RAM so will be a big move forward for the site :D

in the avatar area you have to select an image on your PC. How are you adding a link to an external website? If you save the image on your desktop and click >> browse it should work fine. I think you are probably putting the external link in the upload box?

would be good to see the avatar including how big it is. Just tested and looks to be no issues with uploading.

what are their specific dimensions? Dont want any of the clips to be stretched in any way.

YouTube tag updated to auto side to width=580,height=480. Also updated flash settings on the site so they accept these sizes. Can someone please test?

it was my fault! Sorry Jester, on this award we had it set so guests were moderators, I have removed this and updated the code so its impossible for it to reoccur.

also got the impression from Alex's initial reaction that she didnt have time to meet/ practise with Beyonce. JLS have a huge following, should be close between them and Alex.

thought Beyonce was amazing, but Alex was terrible... for me that was her opportunity but she was crying and saying 'i cant believe who this is' all the time - mid song! Although vocals were good it was very cringe worthy given all the crying and 'your my hero' connotations..
