OK - have you received any time outs today or yesterday? Very important as I dont want to have server tech's doing work that isnt needed :). Anyone else receiving timeouts? Please let me know so I can sort them out :D

this is definately your ISP. For some reason they see BuzzJack with an IP of 87.117.197.63 and this is not our IP... You need to explain this to them as they need to do something their end.

the problem is how can we show that while also keeping this list manageable. Right now it is simply not possible anymore to have the AF's in the same format of other forums. Not sure there is an easy answer for this as yet.

I will work on doing this after I have finished off what im working on currently. Is it easier now there isnt a long list of 33 forums? The new system was mainly setup for guests so they dont see 95 forums when visiting BuzzJack, but in addition it should help members view as well.

same. I thought parts of the movie were excellent and really brought back the best parts of Aliens and also the best parts of the Predator series. Problem was the parts around that which felt slow on occasion and loosely fitted together. The ending was VERY cheesy and people take a lot from the ending of a movie. I can imagine there will now be a third in the series as now they have brought it back to Earth and made it different there is scope for something more.

not sure on why posts are much lower. A few of the people who contributed a lot are now busy with other things and that was a sudden change affecting perhaps 300-400 posts a day. Those posts bring in other posts and thats what I put it down to. Having said that numbers are picking up and even I might make it on the chart :D

looking to see this soon. I saw the first 5 mins of the film on CH 4 (preview) and it looked pretty good. Worth a watch as this is a dual franchise im very interested.

the idea is that members create discussion within the forum but moderators decide when the topic or discussion has run its course. In debated about who the best artist is (or any subjective decision) everyone would close their own topic after they have made their point. Not a good way forward :).

Matt I have looked into this and there is no reason why you shoudnt be able to edit your post. Maybe you have an issue right now with your browser? I even tested it with our member test account and everything is fine.
