All, due to a power supply outage our server was offline since yesterday morning. This was compunded by the email alert system being changed and so we had no notice of any issue. I have now re-subscribed to the alert system so we can react faster in future. Apologies for the downtime. Phil
  3. All - there has been an issues where outgoing emails from our server have been rejected my the Hotmail / Outlook servers. If you have not been receiving updates or password reset emails this is the cause! Should be fixed now but if you have issues please write here and let me know!! Phil

where the alignment is off just add/remove a tab in the correct place. It is due to the length of the text pushing the column out.

yes this is annoying, will be sorted in the new site (either initial or second release). In the mean time you have to add the extra tabs yourself to lineup the data..

    pre currently is the best way, if your tabs are well defined (they are columns in Excel) then you can copy/ paste into here and add the pre tags: Test1 Title1 Name1 Test2 Title2 Name2 Test3 Title3 Name3 Test4 Title4 Name4 Test5 Title5 Name5 Test6 Title6 Name6 Test7 Title7 Name7 Test8 Title8 Name8 Test9 Title9 Name9 Test10 Title10 Name10 Test11 Title11 Name11 Test12 Title12 Name12 Test13 Title13 Name13 Test14 Title14 Name14 Test15 Title15 Name15 Test16 Title16 Name16 Test17 Title17 Name17 Test18 Title18 Name18 new site will have the ability to add a table either immediately or in phase 2, but certainly on the plan.

as a general reply the new site has been built from scratch, from the ground up. Could have been done faster but totally underestimated the work that would be required and life got in the way!! My idea with the new site is it will look similar to what we have now but will have a WYSIWYG editor. The editor is massively improved, there will also be some other nice to haves. More closer to the time :D

Yes correct. The upgrade will be on fresh hardware which is already setup. There is a remaining list of features which need to be built and we can then move the site across :)

All, over the last 2 days BuzzJack has experienced extended outages and we are investigating what the root cause of the problem is. On the one hand we are working to stabilise the current server while continuing our longer term plan to move the site across to 2 new servers which have already been provisioned for BuzzJack. Appreciate your patience and apologise for the downtime. Phil
