Morgan, Katherine and Lauren could be renoms, at least one of which will of course happen since Zach has his power still. This season’s demise is delayed for at least a week

Max Murray is outstanding and it’s a very unique, actually compelling teen storyline that other soaps wouldn’t tackle. There’s a lot of layers to Joel and it’s no mean feat to bring layers and humanity to what is on the surface just the most vile behaviour. It’s very timely since sadly a lot of far right ideals are seeping into a lot of young people’s lives and with the background with his mum, he’s at a prime vulnerable state to be drawn into all this, it’s very interesting as a social commentary and a conversation that does really need to be had and looked at. Vicky just gets better and better too, I’m glad they’ve built a unit around her instead of just plonking her back in with Sharon and giving her nothing to do. Alice Haig feels like pure classic Eastenders.

A character that actually fits in and has potential for a long future just binned off for the short term gain of a shock value killer storyline, what the f*** are they doing?? I feel like I just keep parroting the same things but that’s the state this show is in, it’s not going anywhere. I would be surprised if it lasted much past the 30th at this rate

I did really think that Zoe would be Joel’s mum but I definitely don’t now. If Zoe was “Cleo” and engaged now, why would she have got help from Stacey and Alfie if presumably a man was around? I suppose someone on a self destruct like Zoe could have had an impulse engagement and a short relationship between when she ran from Stacey’s place but nah. Even worse, TikTok fans seem to think she will show up married to Max That would just be far too small of a world. To me the mentions of Joel’s mum make sense to further his story not to be a hint at someone else’s. It’s a layer to why he is how he is and I think a sign that bringing his mum back up is going to make him spiral even more and probably get worse, rather than a hint at a future character or a returnee or anything.

I don’t think it is thankfully after today’s episode. After a strong start to Ben Wadey’s tenure I’m really not feeling anything happening in the show right now. Obviously the awful Suki desperate to raise essentially her great grandchild as her child saga, but also the rubbish with Oscar and the gangster wanting money is a total waste of his potential and like something they’d do on Coronation Street. It’s probably just a lull while all his plans take shape, hopefully anyway.

Never seen a fall off as hard as Mickey and Morgan this week, hideous. Well tbh Mickey, I never really got the fuss with Morgan. Lauren was somehow just as invisible with her HOH as she was before it. I thought she was maybe just playing under the radar but there’s under the radar and there’s dead in the water and the radar has completely lost track of you Not this season basically being FOUTTE vs FOUTTE, why is everyone targeting their allies instead of making any big move.

Apparently Catrin is a no wins finalist but is a Mistress style villain, she does well at the start of the competition but peters off near the end and struggles, as she begins to struggle she becomes more bitter and involved in arguments/feuds. Bonnie is said to have one of the best Snatch Games of all time. The talent show is midseason and all the original song lipsyncs are said to be low/bottom 2. Bones is bottom 2 both here and Snatch Game, she gives winner to me so far and it will be good to see an up and down UK winner for the first time since Crystal if so. It seems like this will be a more balanced season than the 4 win sweep a lot of seasons end up being, as top tier as the last two seasons have even, especially 6.

Katharine and Lauren are the biggest WASTES of a slot I’m sorry how did production see thousands of people and pick these bores😭 Especially Katherine calling herself a raging feminist and then defending the man who tears her like a farmyard animal because he’s shouting at black women. I thought Lauren was playing a decent under the radar game but why win HOH then just make 0 splash at all and basically cry all week that you have to nominate people?! Lauren seems sweet just not sure she is built for this game and this is someone who’s a super fan who’s watched her whole life? Living for Rachel/Ashley/Mickey/Ava’s side kind of controlling everything, divas

As much as I don’t think production cares at all about what the fans want, I doubt they would do that and have another season of absolute furore. But then again they didn’t care about putting Kitty and Kween in the final of GAS who everyone hated and crowning Alyssa who did absolutely terribly for virtually the entire season. I had a feeling Crystal is probably who they want to win from the off, and I do think with that slight push of an All Stars glow up she will be basically unstoppable, she is an absolute star.

This is very Rina - Hold The Girl coded for me but I definitely agree with Roxette and Alanis too, this is leaps and bounds ahead of The Giver which was kind of awful when all was said and done. I wasn’t sure how it might translate to studio after the live hit so hard and we had it for a long time but it’s absolutely a home run for me, obsessed.

That spill does also say Silky and Dawn are top 2 which I am less inclined to believe

I’ve just got a Switch 2 from Argos today so now I’ve got that plus a PS5 And a Steam Deck, I RINSE the Steam Deck and use it every day pretty much and then use my PS5 for bigger scope or AAA games like FF7 or Expedition 33. Still also have my OG switch, my PS4, Xbox One, 3DS and a PS2 I got from CEX from my pre Steam Deck days.

Exactly the same for me, that grabbed me back and then the time jump was great, they had enough blanks to fill in and storylines carrying on/starting that it carried it for a fair bit after that, but now there is not a thing going on I am remotely arsed about, and the likes of Ste/Lucas/Dillon plus anything to do with Jez I actively find myself wanting to skip over completely, and with 20 minute episodes that’s the whole bloody show Some of the really great characters like Cleo and Sienna i feel are sidelined, despite having their relationship now, and I love Vicky and Frankie, at least they have been well used. That’s about it. How on earth do they have Myra and Goldie back and both are just complete wallpaper yet we have to see angsty Heartstopper from Lucas and Dillon every 5 minutes as he cheats for the 12th time. Grace they’ve completely f***ed with the trafficking thing, it’s good having Clare back but I don’t even feel she really has a need to be there. Maybe they are waiting to kick off storylines around the 30th, it feels like the trafficking storyline wound down and they don’t want to start anything properly so they are just filling in a few months.

The only thing worse than Ste and Lucas scenes are Lucas and Dillon scenes, CHRIST

Spillers said they had translators on set so presumably it still is mostly Tagalog, Bernie for example I don’t believe speaks the best English. I trust they will actually do it fairly and obviously Tagalog and English are used interchangeably a bit in the show anyway. Drag Race Thailand 2 was a gag when they had non Thai queens on but they just went “oh well do whatever you can” and the queens who spoke a bit of English had to basically guide them. And Vanda still ate that season without speaking a word of Thai, mother.

Some Titans bits: Jade apparently gets disqualified and is being sued by the Boulets somehow 💀 there is also a second queen who is out by “unconventional means” so presumably an injury or someone quitting. First out is Frankie and Loris is also an early out.

Agreed, for one why are they acting like a same sex can’t be happy without a baby and if they really absolutely had to do a child storyline for them, they could have had them fostering and making a difference to kids who need it. I don’t know how anyone in the whole production team thought that basically forcing a teenager to have a baby for her was even remotely a good idea for Suki. Yes she came in horrible and ruthless, but that was because of her abusive marriage, being trapped, not being able to be herself, now she’s come out and she’s got the love of her life, she’s had amazing character development and this just sets her right back. Of course, she’s still got a ruthless streak and isn’t perfect, she was involved in covering up a murder over the last couple of years, but this is a really distasteful storyline that does a disservice to everyone involved and completely sets Suki back which is a shame because she is one of the best characters of this decade.

It says Joey does really well in the merge so potentially BTM-BTM-BTM-HIGH-HIGH-RUNNERUP is crazy lol, idk why I had a feeling she’d end up being top 2 just because it felt crazy but right? I think we all joked about so much on Reddit that it manifested in my mind. I wanted Akeria or jasmine top 2 so badly but I love a shock. Crystal basically Gingering the season (4/5 the wins the same as her, just split evenly between bracket and merge) is a little boring as it’s what I called when I saw she was doing it, I highly doubt the fans will be anywhere near as nasty to her as Ginger as she’s one of those “can do nothing wrong” fan faves but I love her tbf! Also A’Keria was bottom both episodes but sent home both Sam and Kennedy, which is a shame for her but I can’t be mad at more A’Keria lipsyncs.
