  1. The judging and scoring lately is a farce  They seem to really pick at some people and not others, for example Ranvir they're like "fabulous amazing wonderful oh but I wanted a surprise in it have an 8 xx" and then when it comes to say JJ, it feels like they mention "aw that was nice :)" and ANYTHING but give a critique to the dance.

I'm also torn on HRVY, like it WAS technically very good but I think when you look at Clara's Charleston, and indeed Maisie's Quickstep, it just feels off that THAT is what gets 30. For me, I like more of a performance and concept, if Ranvir's routine was criticised for being a bit safe and lacking surprises, how could that be a 10? I'm probs biased as I just can't take to HRVY, but like it said it was good but I just didn't go "wow 10s". And yet again it's the Street/Commercial being a magnet for high marks.

I can see Clara and potentially Ranvir in the bottom, which would be a JOKE on Ranvir's part. Hopefully JJ but I doubt it and sadly Clara is gone either way. Maisie I think has done enough to avoid the bottom, Ranvir I should hope has but idk it's getting so close now. It's really disappointing Clara is capable of a dance like her Charleston but just never hits anywhere near that again :(

  3. 50 Throgy Thor 7.89

    c0tANO.gif

The robberies were plenty in AS3 but Thorgy is another one who fans point out freuqntly! Already starved of a challenge win on Season 8, narrowly missing out during Bitch Perfect, RuCo's Empire, Snatch Game, and the makeover), she placed high on the first episode of AS3 with her violin talent show performance, before crashing out in episode 2 after portraying Stevie Nicks in the Divas Rusical. I always thought that was some bullshit, she shouldn't have even been in the botom but that challenge felt set up for certain people to do well and others to fail. Thorgy is such a funny queen I so wanted to see more of on AS3 after she left us wanting more with her great run on S8. She of course is also remembered for being Chi Chi's opponent in the iconic And I Am Telling You lipsync, which is often touted as one of the best ever.

    49 Trinity K. Bonet 7.92 (two 10s)

    giphy.gif

The lipsync assassin of Season 6, Trinity sent home April and Milk in incredible lipsyncs before bowing to the power of eventual runner-up Adore. Trinity was quite muted on the season, in a cast that had huge characters and shining stars, so I think she's often overlooked, but on rewatches, you do really appreciate what she brought to the show. I always love the moment in the stand-up episode where after struggling with feeling out of her comfort zone, she smashes it and Ru says how proud she is of how far Trinity came.

    48 Yara Sofia 7.92 (three 10s)

    giphy.gif

Yara formed a core of the strong top 4 in S3, who arguably dominated the series, alongside her fellow Puerto Rican and friend Alexis Mateo. Yara didn't have the multiple challenge wins of the others, but she did nab Miss Congeniality and won fans over with her sweet and fun personality, often zany performances and strong looks. Not a fave of mine but I appreciate that she's one who kind of has the "language barrier" as a strength rather than a weakness, it's part of her charm when she messes something up almost.

    47 Nina Flowers 7.96

    tumblr_mblil4EgRz1rhlaq9o1_r2_500.gif

From one Miss C to another, we have Season 1's Miss C and runner-up Nina Flowers! Nina won the first ever Drag Race challenge Drag On A Dime, and placed high for the rest of the season except a slip on the makeover. I feel like Nina is arguably the only one in Season 1 who could have made the final in other seasons, maaaaybe Bebe. Perhaps its me being biased that I've never been keen on Bebe, but it feels so odd that Nina didn't win Season 1.

    46 Blu Hydrangea 8.00

    200_d.gif

A hugely creative make-up queen, Blu dazzled with her creative looks on Season 1 of Drag Race UK and became a fan fave. In winning the girl group challenge alongside Baga and Divina, her fellow Frock Destroyers, Blu was also the only challenge winner of the season who wasn't in the top 3. She served looks all season, was kind and really likeable, I feel like she could have been Miss Congeniality had DRUK done it (if not Cheryl).

    06 Hate Me

    06.5 Bad Karma

    08 Never Be Me

    09 Golden G-String

Love the album, consistency goals!! It's so cohesive but it doesn't lose those highs either, and it's cohesive rather than being samey. There's a few songs I could see as singles but Angels Like You really sticks out to me.

78 on Metacritic so far which is easily her highest!

  5. 55 Rita Baga 7.71

    f39c96444ee464b03b8a646e2e4247434831d0ab.gif

Canada's Francophone sweetheart Rita won three challenges (Eh-laganza Eh-xtravaganza, Single Use Queens and Star Sixty-Nine) in the first season of CDR, becoming a front-runner although her run plateaud with two consecutive lipsync appearances right before the final in the makeover and Ball, but she sent home fan faves Jimbo and Lemon in the process. Rita is a seasoned queen who was great, however I feel like what felt like real favouritism towards her (her winning Star Sixty-Nine is possibly the most bizarre challenge win in ANY Drag Race series I've ever seen, and that says a lot) sullied the series a bit. I do love her mix of fashion sense and camp though, and she's more funny and entertaining than she seemed at first, despite having a more muted personality than say Lemon or Priyanka.

    54 Scarlet Envy 7.78 (one 10)

    31144618835dfc407787184341dc7c58.gif

The most controversial elimination of Season 11 had to be Scarlet, who bowed out in the already odd Draglympics challenge. That was one of those challenges where you wondered it was even a thing, and compound that with the fact it was Ra'Jah who sent her home... Many fans believe she shouldn't have even been bottom 2 and many believe she should have won the lipsync anyway, she certainly had more to give :( Before she left, she attained a joint win with Yvie in the Get Out parody as well as being part of the infamous mess of a six way lipsync. Along with Mayhem and Madam Laqueer, she is actually the lowest placing queen to win a challenge, madness!!

    53 Aja 7.78 (two 10s)

    tumblr_inline_p48o80nToI1tu8bes_540.gif

I believe Aja is the highest queen who has retired from drag; she is still active as a queer performer and rapper. Aja's run on Season 9 was marred and pretty much defined by the "Valentina your smile is BEAUTIFUL" saga, leaving Aja with a bit of a bad reputation and not many shining moments besides. Fast forward to AS3 and she smashed it right off the bat with a win in the talent show, featuring an iconic death drop *.* Honestly she should have won Snatch Game with Crystal LaBeija too, very odd they showed so little of an absolutely perfect portrayal! Of course, her second run was ended by Bebe, who cut Aja despite her helping Bebe with her winning outfits... We say robbed a LOT, but Aja on AS3 really was.

    52 Jan 7.82

    43123e84f90fb9f35316c1e99d6712ff64bec1d7.gif

Very low compared to what I expected! Jan was a fan-fave on Season 11, never quite winning a challenge but there was considerable furore from fans when she didn't win the Madonna Rusical for her homage early Madonna, and many also thought she was the best in her premiere with her verse in You Don't Know Me (I'd be declined to agree tbh). She constantly brought energy and enthusiasm, attacking any challenge that came her way. I found Jan very overrated by the fans oops x

    51 Scarlett Bobo 7.88

    tenor.gif

SCARLET BOBO LOOKS ARE A NO NO *.*

Falling before the top 50 is another one of Drag Race Canada's runner-ups, this time being Scarlett Bobo. For much of the season, Scarlett longed for that elusive challenge win, never placing low or bottom 2 and placing high many times, including a standout rap in Not Sorry Aboot It and a star turn in Star Sixty-Nine. She finally won the Ball in the last episode before the finale, cementing a run of highs, with some creative runways and a sense of style, but she failed to overcome Priyanka's raw star power in the finale.

  6. I'm dying for Gen 4 remakes in whatever way, Gen 1 has had more than enough and Gen 2 is lowkey awful. I don't mind if they do something with those as long as we do get gen 4, I can't see why they can't do both tbh as it's the anniversary and it can't take much to just do a straight port on the Virtual Console or something similar, but I'll not quite believe Gen 4 remakes until I have in my hands to play
  7. BRILLIANT album, a really solid debut full of memorable bops, I wouldn't say there's much filler, although Don't Rock Me To Sleep is kinda terrible. What's New and Body are BOPS *.* You can tell she thought about how the album would sound, the production etc. as well as just her lyrics and flow, she's not just rapping over generic trap beats which is so refreshing
  8. 60 Nina Bo'nina Brown 7.64

    tenor.gif

Season 9's Nina is arguably one of the most creative queens we've seen, some of her looks are insane and you wouldn't get anything like it from other queens. Sadly Nina was in her head for a lot of the season, and despite winning the first episode's Lady Gaga inspired challenge with her Alexander McQueen 2009 VMAs look and placing high in Snatch Game with a hilarious Jasmine Masters, Nina felt like she didnt believe in herself, didn't quite want to be there and didn't have her head in the game for much of the season, which had an impact on her performance as she plateaued further into the season, eventually losing her third lipsync to Shea Coulee after the makeover challenge.

    59 Chad Michaels 7.67

    5yXn.gif

All Stars 1 winner and Season 4 runner-up Chad is perhaps best known for setting the bar for Snatch Game with a flawless Cher in Season 4, having been a Cher impersonator prior to the show. Chad brought a level of experience and polish to the competition, having a great run with only a couple of low points, including a bottom 2 placement where she sent home Latrice following the canine inspired Ball challenge. She was always going to win All Stars 1, it was certainly deserved but honestly it kind of felt set up for her to win all along, like they regretted not being able to crown her over Sharon in S4, so wanted to rectify it right away.

    58 Tammie Brown 7.70

    AfJh.gif

Season 1's Tammie Brown is Drag Race's premier odd ball, often on her own planet in her own time  Season 1 Tammie was eliminated in just episode 2, after giving up during the lipsync and just swaying along to Michelle Williams' We Break The Dawn, and she also lasted just two episodes in All Stars 1 alongside Nina Flowers, after messing up the Snatch Game-esque Gaff-In segment. Whatever you think of her, there is only one Tammie Brown and that's what we love, you couldn't replicate that odd zany charm she has just by being herself.

    57 Akeria Chanel Davenport 7.71

    source.gif

Season 11 finalist Akeria had a good run on S11, winning both the LADP and Draglympics challenges, and only finishing in the bottom 2 once (where she sent home Ra'Jah), as well as lipsyncing in the infamous six-way mess during the Diva Worship challenge. She eventually fell at the final hurdle, losing a lipsync to the crown to Yvie. I was never that keen on Akeria but there were bigger fish to fry so she wasn't the worst (hello Silky).

    56 Monet X Change 7.75

    tenor.gif

That fake death drop tho!! *.* Monet was unlucky on Season 10, never quite getting that challenge win despite placing high for four consecutive weeks, including as Maya Angelou in Snatch Game and Variety Show Cher in the Unauthorized Rusical. AS4 made up for that as she SOMEHOW got a joint win with Trinity, despite Trinity being one of the dominant forces of the season which Monet... was not).

  9. See with AS5, it was SO disappointing and that's what made it worse for me. To have a series with Cracker, Juju, Shea, Alexis etc. on the same stage should have been amazing, but there were flat challenges, a pointless "twist" in the lip sync assassin and odd judging/eliminations. It felt like Shea would win all along no matter what too, not to take away from the fact she did well and it's not that she DIDN'T deserve it, but it was one of many things that felt kinda off about the season and I couldn't really care when she did win. I actually think AS1 was probably slightly bettter lmao
  10. I think I've only ever played FF13? might be 14 or 12 for that matter. All I know is that it was on XB360.

SpongeBob ☺️ I never played the original or the remake.

I've never heard of Horace but I have heard of Hades. The amount of Switch owners on other forums I've seen grab that game is unreal.

13 is lowkey the worst oops

I got Horace in a Humble Bundle a while back (I can say that about many many indie games but few which are mentioned here) - not played it as I'm not sure it's my thing and my to-play list is so goddamn deep but I do remember hearing some very good things about its story from the reviews at the time - whenever there's a Humble Bundle release I make sure to check out reviews of its content so I have an idea of how to order my backlog - so that does sound solid.

You definitely have to love platformers, it's such a homage to old 2D platformers (but also just 8 and 16 bit era games in general), the story is worth it if you do push through though
