  1. Yeah that's also true about Lea, she has one of those strong, clear and distinctive voices where I think even if she tried to sound different in certain songs, there'd always be something lingering that gave her away

With all due respect to her, there's also no way Dannii Minogue has that good a voice!! Octopus is annoying me so much, I kind of wanted Tree to stay yday so we could see who Octopus was but I guess it's going to keep some mystery in the show as most of the other ones right now are obvious.

  2. Lea definitely would have sang One Last Time better! I just can't see it being her, idk if many of the other clues feel like they fit her either.

Mylene Klass would go in with the first reality show clue. Ooooh!

I didn't even think of that!! Like the cosmetics one could be a lie and that's the true one. Idk if I can imagine her having that good a voice in terms of the Part Of Your World performance but I guess we don't know that for sure

  3. I feel like they must have fell out, if one or the other was injured they'd have said, plus Hamish is still part of the professional line-up, I assume Caprice will have one of the eliminated male pros next week but I'd not be surprised if she was out pretty soon despite being very good.
  4. Yeah I thought the same about Lea, plus I feel like her voice so full and strong it'd be harder for her to hide it if she was just singing differently to throw them off the scent, plus none of the clues really make sense for her.

I bet it's someone so ridiculously random

  5. I like the sound of it, dunno if it's a hit but I guess you can never tell fully from just a clip, either way I just want her back!! Friday release would be amazing, I don't want her to just chuck it out on a Monday and rush things AGAIN because that'd be yet another lead marred by a rushed release.
  6. Seen a few people suggesting Octopus could be Mylene Klass, a piano recital of hers was a prize on the Apprentice in 2016 and apparently her record deal for her album was one of the biggest of all time in terms of classical music (which would explain "shook hands on a record breaking deal" or whatever she said).

It's the cosmetics clue throwing me off! I thik Katharine Jenkins sounds like a good guess but then what of the cosmetics clue?

  8. Very good section just there! Death of Me was really good from PVRIS, I'm loving Before You Go at the moment, and Goodbyes was a number one for me!

Approve of the Post Malone, Bring Me The Horizon, Ariana Grande and Billie Eilish albums from earlier too, all would be in my top ten albums of the year.

    Taste! *.*

  9.

    80 Grandson - Stigmata

    79 Kesha - Raising Hell

78 Taylor Swift - Beautiful Ghosts

77 Miranda Lambert - Mess With My Head

76 Georgia - About Work The Dancefloor

    75 Ariana Grande - Ghostin'

    74 Ariana Grande - Bloodline

    73 Tiesto & Mabel - God Is A Dancer

72 Panic! At The Disco - Into The Unknown

    71 Ashley O - On A Roll

Stigmata is typical Grandson but all the better for it *.* Political as always, the lyrics state that the truth will always prevail even if thretaened with violence, and nobody can deny that drop in the chorus that adds an aggressive edge to the message, drilling it in as hard as possible.

Raising Hell was a fun start to Kesha's latest era, a bouncy gospel tinged bop that feels like a party in church in the best way. I feel like this melds together a few different facets of Kesha, a bit for everything, that represents her as an artist to date before she embarks on a new era.

Beautiful Ghosts is Taylor's first appearance but certainly not her last! This dramatic show tune is stunning and shows off Taylor's voice in a way we don't often hear it. It's a shame it's attached to a mess a film because this deserved an Oscar nom if not a win tbh.

Mess With My Head is probably the poppiest we've heard from Miranda, without losing her heart. It feels like it draws inspiration from Shania Twain/Faith Hill, that kind of late 90s pop-country era with a rocky tinge, a bit of Miranda's comfort zone but it nonetheless could only be done by hear.

About Work The Dancefloor is a gay anthem for our times, it perfectly frames that moment in a club when you're lost in the music with someone you fancy, sharing that electric moment. Slight Dancing On My Own teas without the dread of unrequited love x

Ghostin' is a stunning highlight of Ariana's latest album, focusing on communication in a relationship when you're in love with someone else, the feelings that surround the decision to cut everything off suddenly. It's one of those where you feel every word <3

Bloodline keeps us with Ari, but from a heart wrenching ballad to a bop *.* A bit like Side To Side, this is a reggae-tinged bop, and one of the highlights of TUN, with lyrics that state how its best to take things slow and see how things work out, it doesn't need to be serious (she learned from Pete :eyes:).

God Is A Dancer showed us Mabel could serve as a dance diva *.* It's not too generic like a few dance songs lately, it was just good to hear her on something a bit different after her album was quite disappointing with rehashes of the same couple of songs.

Into The Unknown is an Oscar nominated song in Frozen 2, sung by Idina Menzel in the film ofc, but this version is better x I love the drama, the drums build it up and Brendan's got the perfect voice to ramp up the theatrics and make the song feel huge, important and like a centrepiece.

On A Roll is a song by Miley Cyrus' Black Mirror persona - who'd have thought a poppified version of a Nine Inch Nails song written to take aim at pop would be such a bop? *.* Should've been a huge actual single tbh x

  10. Looks like Sunday might finally have some drama, I agree though it's been quite boring so far. They're all too polite and bland, going through the motions in an artificial way with cliche talks about where their heads are at. The only one with a personality who actually gets airtime is Shaughna, Mike/Nas/Leanne are practically invisible.
  11. I get such a creepy vibe from Connor, Sophie is better off away from him tbh

I'm finding this series really dry though, there's not really any drama or anything it's just the usual petty bits about "stealing my man" or whatever, we need a Maura character soon.

  12. It's so tiring that we just keep getting "but xyz said/did worse!!" "you don't have to listen to it", like ok? You can ignore everything bad going on in the world but that doesn't mean it should all still happen.

For someone who supposedly has so much "talent", you'd think he could just write decent lyrics instead of disgusting ones for a bit of shock value. When it's an event that devastated a whole city, a whole country, so many people are going to be a bit sensitive about being reminded of it, let alone in a way that's so flippant and makes light of it. There's being controversial and there's just being utterly disgusting.
