    I liked Hugh Jackman, Little Mix, Jorja (but that's the worst song on her album for me probably, Blue Lights would have been a MOMENT) and George (but the brass band drowned him out), but a really underwhelming show overall, definitely saved by Pink! She really is one of the absolute best of the best.

    Pink is so underrated, right down to people trying to take away from her win rn. She never gets the credit she deserves despite never having a flop era and this is just what she deserves! Such a lovely and humble woman too.

    Ed didn't f***ing release anything other than Happier, this is actually a joke :rofl:

     

    The thing with the BRITs is they have a set amount of straight white males with guitars who seem to always win and that's that

    Stanning Habiba already. They're both great but I hope these hints of "facing the music" aren't one of those stereotypical plots where a character arrives with a secret which is dragged out for months, is actually nothing and then gets forgotten about like a week after it gets revealed.

     

    Also stanning Sharon's hat, queen.

    Saara said she wouldn't do it, I suppose you're right about some of the less successful gay niche ones we love though- I'm sure there'd be a couple who'd think "sod it what's to lose" :lol: I can see it either bombing and being nearly all terrible people, or it'll be one that we love on here but still flops because the public don't care, I'm very sceptical that they'd get back all the big ones they'd need for it to be a success.

    Day 02. A show that you wish more people were watching

     

    Crazy Ex-Girlfriend

     

    It's critically acclaimed and all plus has it fans, but this should be huge, I think it's near the bottom of ratings :/ It's hilarious, so clever, touching and tackles things like mental health so so well which is really important. It toes the line of being funny but real, devastating but warm, the songs are sometimes so literal that it's hilarious. All the characters are likeable and add something to the show, I can't really think of any fillers as even the random background characters who pop up now and again but don't have plots usually have something funny to say. The songs are bops too, and Rachel Bloom is such a star and deserves more awards for this. Plus Josh/Nathaniel/White Josh/both Gregs are hot af x

    Couldn't agree more, that's part of makes the tie infuriating too :lol: She just doesn't have the star power of Trixie and she didn't undoubtedly crush the season like Alaska, I loved her on season 10 but we didn't see much growth here which is the whole point of All Stars - look at Monique!

    Spoilers for tomorrow but Lisa Ajax has a ballad but it's also ALLEGEDLY has the song Loreen was going to have as her comeback in 2017, or at least recorded a version of it.

    It would be good for Sweden to send a female ballad after 4 years of male pop so come on Lisa/Wiktoria *.* I can't shake the feeling that Lisa will bomb and not even go AC but I said that abput Wiktoria and she went DTF so hopefully my pessimism pays off! :lol: John has almost certainly got one of the DTF places and I feel like Bishara might get the other, hopefully Lisa can at least go AC if it's a song good enough to have lured Loreen back!

    I think another thing to take into account is the queens themselves. You need a very strong cast of queens for a great season. Whilst I thought the AS4 cast was great, I feel that Jasmine/Gia/Farrah/Latrice could've all been replaced with much stronger queens to make the competition very heated - Shea Coulee/Peppermint/Kim Chi etc.

    100% - on paper it was a great cast but it was quite 50/50 in practice. By the time Latrice went, I felt like that was the filler out of the way but then they brought back Latrice and as has been said, that period of a few weeks was just a filler section for the season which made it drag a bit.

     

    Part of that is having such a quick turnover between AS3 and AS4, I'm sure I read Miz Cracker for example wanted to leave it a bit longer and I think Shea said the same so they had to scrape a bit (Jasmine Masters was always going to go home first for example). If they'd waited a bit and could have got Miz Cracke and Shea as well as the likes of Manila, Trinity and Valentina, that could have been incredible!
