Apparently the Lala might not count as a win, may be like Season 15 rather than Canada 4, still looks like Maxie is winning if she gets 3 wins without the Lala , Angel with 2 and Khianna with 1 whilst Tita gets none.

Fuming at Abe still being there, as great as Nadine is in this storyline it feels like it’s been really dragged out and a time jump was the perfect time to resolve it. I thought maybe he would have kidnapped her and done a runner so they’d both not be there but I cba seeing him still traipsing around and just constantly wondering when he’ll get caught out, especially if he starts doing the same to Peri. As nice as it is to have Peri having a storyline potentially, idk I think it’s just dragged out too much. I’m a bit disappointed at there not being any shock deaths, and also that Diane is still there lowkey. I wonder if it’s Lucas in Young Offenders and what happened, also where Charlie is? I guess he could have gone to uni and moved away and Leah might go and join him if he’s leaving but why would she leave her dad after being in a coma for a year and losing his husband? Imagine waking up from a year long coma to your husband being dead, your daughter having a baby and your son in young offenders :lol: Thrilled at Vicky coming through as a leading lady, she has so much potential and has barely been used thus far.

Genuinely I think they think nobody watched Sweden so they can just shaft Vanity and people wouldn’t care :lol: Because for me she’s performing the best in the challenges overall along with Pythia, Kween and Nehellenia.

I agree this is alright, I’m not falling over myself for it but it’s a bit of a bop, Greedy and Exes are both better but I do like the 00s throwback she’s giving.

Sweden is actually really good, hugely underrated, Germany started off well for a few episodes but dragged a bit. Vanity actually wasn’t that likeable on Sweden imo, but she had some really strong challenge showings and it’s definitely her I’d have chosen for the GAS rep if not Santana, maybe Fontana but she gives me Vs The World. Honestly Vanity is capable of winning this if she gets out of her head, but I don’t blame her when the judges have put her in the bottom three times now when each of the three should have been Alyssa instead :lol: I agree on Soa too, she actually did really well at Snatch Game on her season so I do wish we got to see her do some more comedy even if the language barrier would be against her. She did really well at the acting, I feel like due to the language barrier she kind of got overlooked as a lesser quieter character instead of being given a chance to shine because design challenges pretty much are her only weakness!

Absolutely love this, simultaneously not where I expected her to go whilst making so much sense for her next step, can’t wait to hear the album.

I wasn’t the biggest fan of Quinn but I agree, he gave it everything and honestly I would rather someone gave it their all and played badly than gave absolutely nothing and coast along, a swing and a miss is always better than not swinging at all. I low-key want Leah or Angela HOH to keep the chaos going lmfao

I’m at the point of not even wanting to watch at this point because of Kitty and Kween, every single time one of them opens their mouth it’s at the expense of Nehellenia for no reason, particularly Kitty. And I know that’s the edit, we only see a selection of what we see, but it’s really not enjoyable or fun to watch at all them shitting on her when Kitty has been afforded insane favouritism as well as Alyssa actually. Kween has actually done really well I just find her unlikeable. It’s just really not an enjoyable experience to watch, it’s basically Nehellenia being one of my fave international girls that is keeping me on board. I’m sick of the fact Gala and Eva for example have been told the need to change it up, Athena got told she wasn’t feminine enough, yet Kitty gets off scot-free when every single week it’s pretty much the same silouhette, the same tired campy presentation, and always being called safe so she avoids critique or she gets praised for it, just because that style is something Ru is familiar with. This judging was actually ok this time imo, the only difference I’d have is I think Alyssa could have been in the bottom (again), maybe low but honestly I hated her outfit so I wouldn’t disagree with her lip syncing for it oop. Vanity’s wasn’t really on theme but I liked what she was going for, and considering she scrapped and started again it was decent. I think you kind of had the clear tops, Vanity, Kitty and Nelly I think were solid safe, then the rest you could have kind of justified anything.

That should have been a top 2 of Zymba and Myx, they were actually my top 2 for episode 1 as well so in my parallel universe it would have been kind of satisfying to have two lipsyncs for the win where it’s the same pair. I feel like that could/should have been a non elim despite them already doing two, everyone did well there really and they were nitpicking but I think Bench was more deserving of the top than the bottom!I guess the nitpicking shows the standard of the season but if you have to put someone in the bottom for their trousers on the runway it just seems a shame, if they had to do a bottom Angel should have been there as much as I wouldn’t want to even risk losing her. Bench did absolutely destroy that lipsync though!!

Yeah I agree, she’s almost in too good of a position considering the amount of time still left to go, the kind where she will think she has it in the bag and forget that the path isn’t clear because you need those jury votes above all to win, no matter how strategic you are or how well you think you’ve played. T’Kor I think is still that sweet spot of being in a good position (despite her shit HOH, this season is chaotic enough that a bad HOH week is small fry) and being under the radar and still keeping a bit more of an eye on things.

I’ve just finished episode 5, Coral is an icon this season which I wasn’t expecting, she’s had such a glow up the past few seasons and great character development.

I agree, they should have just killed James off of the brain tumour in the time skip, it’s absolutely insane that someone would survive that. I don’t think the fans particularly care about the pairing either from what I’ve seen, so idk why they had to the whole pretend they’ll be fine and then kill James off fake out. But then that’s Hollyoaks, I just think there’s enough going on and I am excited for the time jump and think there’s enough to keep us interested without two stunts coming out of nowhere for the sake of it :lol: unless the explosion somehow kills someone else you wouldn’t expect, maybe Diane. I definitely think there will be like 3 or 4 deaths but I wouldn’t be surprised if there was one or two that died during the year we don’t see, like I’m convinced Diane will be gone and I think it’d be good to have kind of a “mystery” thing at first where we don’t know what’s going on and where she is or what’s happened, they’re skirting around it and then it comes out. They could do that with quite a few characters to be fair and I think even that is going to be interesting to see what they do. I’m predicting: - Liberty or Maxine and Jez together, they’ve kind of teased it with Liberty I think it will happen either way sadly, Maxine would be a gross jump the shark moment to be honest - Diane will be dead, I think with them centring the promo/trailer around Tony it will be something big happening for him personally, a new era for the longest standing character - I don’t think Marie is actually dead, I could see Abe lying to make Cleo feel bad but then I don’t know what will have happened in the time skip with those two, unless Abe like kidnapped her somewhere and she comes back as we pick up in the time skip, as we saw Sally come back and Cleo was gone. I can’t see Abe still being there, Marie I equally could see just dying if that’s the case as they never did anything with her anyway but I kind of thought they were kind of teasing her and Tony, so if Diane was gone that could be an interesting route - If Cleo was present for the year we missed, why can I see her and Leela both being pregnant with Joel’s babies, Joel possibly dead of an overdose as a lot of people are speculating he’ll be one of the ones exiting

Majesty coming back I feel is just weird, a finalist with 3 wins (2 undeserved I fear) coming back to a normal season is kind of unfair on the others and I can’t help but feel that it’s such a Boulets thing to do to favour them and them win :lol:

40 Alvilda (Drag Race Belgique Season 2) Wins: 3 (girl groups, standup, Rumix) Bottoms: 1 (Makeover) The first of two Belgique winners, for a small franchise they have had two decent winners. Alvilda was a pretty clear and strong front runner, honestly she could have had a Keiona run as her only placement below high was bottom for the makeover which was kind of ridiculous. It was really not even a contest the entire time, she left the girls in the dust! 39 Isis Avis Loren (Drag Race Down Under Season 1) Wins: 3 (design, talent, makeover) Bottoms: none I really don’t think Isis gets the credit she deserves for eating up her season, because people like to write off Down Under. She feasibly could have had 5 wins (design, girl groups, Snatch Game, girl groups as a group and makeover with Flor) and I wouldn’t have batted an eyelid. Isis wasn’t the biggest character or most exciting TV, but she had such a polished focus to her drag that I loved. Flor was the heart of the season but Isis absolute devoured everyone else that season and whilst she doesn’t have the personality if Kita (who I actually missed off this list lmfao somehow, she would be a few places higher) and Spankie but she was a third great winner in a row for a fledgling oft maligned franchise. 38 Chad Michaels (Drag Race All Stars Season 1) Wins: 3 (Queens Behaving Badly, design, girl group makeover) Bottoms: 1 (runway) The original All Stars winner, at the time people were pretty mad at a season that felt solely made for Chad to win! Chad is absolute drag legend and a consummate professional, with to this day one of the best Snatch Games from her original run as Cher, the impersonation that Mother Dust made her name with. All these years have passed and I’d wager that Chad will still hold her own and pose a threat to anybody in All Winners if she were to return. 37 Pitita (Drag Race España Season 3) Wins: 4 (Ball, acting, Rusical, improv) Bottoms: 1 (standup) España 3 was quite a reviled season, falling victim to the so called season 3 curse, and a lot of that was the judging. Pitita was by far the judges favourite, but she was a deserved winner either way, with such star power and elevated looks. She was pushed to the Rusical win though and her winning improv solo instead of with Clover was questionable. seeming like a looks queen, Pitita smashed the episode 4 horror acting challenge and became the front runner who could do it all. It was also iconic how Visa sabotaged her as her partner in the stand up return challenge so she was in the bottom but she sent home Pink Chadora and Pakita in her only misstep of the season. 36 Ginger Johnson (Drag Race UK Season 5) Wins: 3 (Dragcon panels, Snatch Game, Rusical) Bottoms: none One of the hottest winners out of drag and that’s on that x Ginger absolutely killed season 5 and it was pretty much a two horse race between her and Michael Marouli, both of whom didn’t falter the entire time. Ginger is a campy queen as basically every UK winner is but she holds her own and has a thought behind her drag and looks I feel and is good at basically everything,, from a stellar Snatch Game to an absolutely flawless makeover.

I really don’t understand the fans’ obsession with IMDb ratings, every time an episode doesn’t go well it gets review bombed like that :lol: I don’t think this is the worst EVER episode just because this season is off, that is so drastic. The actual quality of what’s being shown is fine, it’s the judging and editing that’s really really against it. I do have to say though actually for the first time since actually UK3 (this season catching strays this entire thread lmao) I am becoming weary enough of a season to wonder if I will stop, if not for Nehellenia being one of my top 5 international queens I probably would dip.

It’s the most surprised I’ve been at a winner other than maybe Le Filip on France 3, but I did have a feeling there for some reason, however like Filip she absolutely ate the finale and was pulled most of the season. I was a bit ott on Jenary as another finalist was equally pushed tbh

Isn’t Makensy pivoting her vote from Kimo pretty much the first time the eviction pleas have actually changed someone’s vote? :lol: This season is wild, I’m glad every last houseguest is as insane as the last but Chelsie and Leah are playing exceptionally.
