No matter who it was I'd have felt it was unfair. At least Manon's technical was a bit better plus they at least said her signature was nice, Rahul's was barely palatable or edible in any of the 3 cases  I suppose it depends if they wanted to overlook Manon making the wrong thing but being a bit nicer, I think I'd rather that than three unmitigated disasters. As for judging by personality, of course we do?! We can't reach in and taste the bakes so naturally we are going to prefer to watch those we find likeable, rather than Rahul giving the same old crap each week and whining about it. It's very frustrating that the one time he messed up, Manon was thrown instead, that's all. Perhaps it's cynical it just feels very convenient that it was Rahul and I'm unsure it would have been the same had it been Manon doing his bakes and Rahul doing hers. It shouldn't have come down to his past record, it never really has before (Dan for example this series had one terrible week and he was gone), although for two of them to do so badly this close to the final is new territory.
I know everyone is allowed a bad week or two, but it would be pretty shit if he won now when he was very very lucky to not go home this week. Off the top of my head that has to be the worst week for someone who stayed d this close to the final.... I hate to be so cynical about what's usually such an easy happy show but it really feels like they've already chosen him to win and that plays a part, we can only hope he does a Richard in the final. Bryony or Kim-Joy would be such brilliant winners <3

Just read it’s been submitted for four Grammy Awards.
record and song of the year, best pop/duo, and best track for visual media official nominations announced in December.
I feel like the visual media one could be most likely to actually get her another win although would it be up against any tracks from The Greatest Showman?
Yep TGS is in that as the Grammy deadline was September 30th last year so their December release means they carry over the the 2019 ceremony. But TIM didn't win the Oscar so fingers crossed, as much as I love that song Gaga getting a Grammy as well as Oscar for this film would be the icing on the cake

Hussain had a small iota of a point, I don't think it was quite as bad as Isabella made out to be like "drop the ball", it's just being competitive. But 100% there was no need for the way he went off, Isaac just said a similar thing on BOTS. It's just a bit of fun winding people up, but the way that afterwards he exploded and shouted at her was just horrible, that's what he's totally in the wrong for. I don't get his obsession with stirring everything though, there's enough going on without doing that, and that persona is very very grating even without him clearly just not being a very nice person.
I agree about the paranoia towards Isabella too, I'm finding it so weird  Sure, she's watched things but I don't think she has it in her at all to use it and stir things up or judge people, she's just sort of there having a nice time while she can and isn't harming anyone.
Hussain is definitely going anyway, idk about the second as I still want to know what this "week of Big Brother" entails in the second eviction part, like I've said the US one just does HOH-noms-veto-eviction vote but it's different bc the housemates vote not the public. I would imagine the nominations will be similar again to this week so it'd end up being Lewis F with either Tomasz or Cameron in which case whichever one isn't Lewis F would go. I'm unsure how it'll work live though as it's not a rigid format for us, look at the mess when they did the voting live in the CBB eviction where Ben went

I normally hate to be the one to call fix, and I know it's easy to say when it's protecting the one you really want out but I'd be saying it either way, it's as close to a fix as possible without actually tampering the votes. 100% agree, it messes up what Big Brother is about by being a bit of an overbaked twist/"gamechanger". They've done so much this series to keep close to the original things that made BB so good such as no outside contact, always having normal nominations, having normal people who haven't been on TV but this feels like a shit twist they'd do on C5 in the years where it lost its way. The things they've already done to make it a bit different like the gamechanger and viewers' nomination aren't *so* bad as it just adds to the format but I feel like this is actively taking away from it and feels like a step back.

I'm simultaneously bopping and thinking wtaf, kind of a banger. Currently top 200 on iTunes due to a viral dance challenge like the In My Feelings one and Baby Shark

I love how the housemates are acting like they've been starved to death, it hasn't even been a day since they've been on basic rations!
Ikr  They wouldn't starve them, that porridge will have enough to live on. Obviously it's not great but if they didn't all break the rules... Cameron especially is ridiculous given he's one of the ones who was breaking the rules as he wouldn't get out of the pool just because precious Lewis was doing it too :drama:

It should be about THAT week, it has nothing to do with Manon not being great the past couple of times. Manon was better than him on both the first challenges and ik her showstopper was disastrous too but I'd have thought "ok but French", not so great and then disastrous was better than 3x disastrous... I get that it was close, both had bad weeks, but it's SO frustrating that finally Rahul does something wrong and they chuck someone else :drama:
I bet he wins now, I'd be elated with any of the other 3 who have been pretty much my top 3 since the start!
(why am I so mad at a show about baking lmaooo ffs)

That cover is stunning, they're two songs you probably shouldn't touch so of course goes nah f*** that and she smashes both of them! She's absolutely a once in a lifetime talent, she might mostly do covers but she interprets songs in such a way of her own that nobody else could do, it's magical

Omg Pia Toscano coming like 9th but them wasting their save on Casey the week before :drama: Speaking of Idol, Jennifer Hudson might be the ultimate example actually, probably the most talented person ever to go on Idol alongside Carrie and Fantasia and she came 7th :/
Also obligatory Australia mention, Ricki-Lee in Australian Idol in 2004, the smaller scale Australian version of Jennifer Hudson coming like 8th in AI, I believe she was fave to win at the time and there was national outrage in newspapers etc
