I was hoping for not another campy winner but god La Voix is IT and being such a big name who’s done so much anyone would be remiss to count her out. Loving Rileasa and Lill so far, Kyran I’m interested by but could go either way I feel. This does feel like probably the most varied cast we’ve had so far, I do feel like a few of them seem like filler but I think there’s a good mix and they will start standing out when we have different challenges and they show their strength. I love having a couple of older queens and Dita Garbo definitely feels different to a lot of them so I’m interested to see what she brings as well.

I loved that challenge! It’s not often that a season comes up with such a refreshing concept for a challenge and nobody has even done it again. I think for me the casting was just awful, nobody stood out really and the ones who did (Vanity, River, Choriza, to an extent Charity) were paid dust. As much as we go on about UK2, 4 and 5 also had such strong casts and 3 just wasn’t it.

Tbf they can’t help an injury, I’ve also variably seen that Saki does really well and could/should have won the talent show but leaves and also that she does episode 1 but leaves episode 2. The tea is a bit all over the place, I think it might be a Victoria Scone situation where she manages an episode with the injury but then has to leave because it’s worse. Various other bits I’ve heard: - Snatch Game possibly has two winners - apparently La Voix as Liza Minelli and/or Lill as Marie Antoinette. Other characters include the dragon on the Welsh flag which is an absolute bomb for Actavia, and Elvis Presley - Rileasa wins girl groups, Kyran wins the popstar Rusical, Marmalade wins design - Kyra and Zahira are top 2 for the talent show - Kyran has 3+ wins - Actavia is the lipsync assassin, Lill is also in the bottom a fair bit

I was never really fussed on Tom but that is absolutely laughable for two of the longest running characters. An afterthought in a plot where we’re supposed to care about the head of a family unit who made 0 impact just to facilitate Warren’s exit in a storyline that’s been simultaneously dragged out and come out of nowhere. I’d be really pissed off if I were Steph Waring or Ellis Hollins :lol: I know the exits were coming thick and fast and they couldn’t have a huge storyline for everyone but could they not do SOMETHING better than that.

I’ve seen a few variations of elim order but the top 4 and Saki first out is the same each time so I assume that’s concrete, for example I’ve seen that Chanel is as high as 7th and I’ve seen Charra Tea 5th.

Absolutely living for chaos nearly every minute of this season, I know I’ve said it but that level of unpredictability is really probably THE key component of good Big Brother for me! It’s so refreshing not to be at the start of the week, see the nominations and pretty much know exactly what is going to happen.

People overrate Veronica so much, honestly she deserved to be first out on UK3 lowkey :lol: Krystal was definitely the right winner for me but it was a bunch of filler queens, a few who just happened to do well that I didn’t like, and that’s about it, I did love Vanity, River and Choriza though.

I’ve watched every single season of Drag Race across the world and I really struggle to justify anything being close as bad as UK3 :lol: I can think of at least 15-20 UK girls I’d cast before both Kitty or Ella! Kitty is just a worse Baga and Ella is one of the least charismatic queens I’ve ever seen on the show, she just happened to have a skillset that fit with Drag Race and ended up on a weak season. I’d have gone Tayce for GAS personally, if not Dakota or Sminty, possibly Cheddar, could maybe go Bimini.

Yeah I agree, I can’t imagine managing someone and one minute it’s small shows and the odd festival then seemingly overnight it’s the VMAs, all these opportunities, all these new fans. It takes time to formulate a show, to book a tour, so it’s probably difficult timing in terms of it being as she’s about to do a fairly small tour for the calibre of artist she is now. It’s natural they make mistakes but it is very frustrating and really shit for the fans who are caught up in it and missing their shows. Imagine doing your job and you’re responsible for one small thing then suddenly you’re a global CEO on a large scale, it must feel a bit like that depending on who her team is etc.

She (or rather her label and management) screwed me over before by changing the London dates and not just transferring tickets but refunding and making you buy them again, I got mine on resale as the date I wanted sold out quick regardless of her being smaller then, still before Good Luck Babe blew up, and thus didn’t get the presale link and obviously it was impossible to get tickets when they went back up. I completely understand where it’s coming from and I agree she would be silly to pass up the VMAs, but little things like the way that was handled and especially these Europe dates, when she could so easily meet in the middle and prioritise the fans who have got her where she is. It’s probably difficult managing blowing up so quickly in the middle of going to tour but surely rearranging around opportunities is easy enough instead of just leaving those fans for the two shows cancelled in the dust. As much as I’m happy for an artist I love getting so much success, I almost wish she had just gone on to be like a Carly Rae level gay fave instead of blowing up so much this quickly D:

The more I keep seeing Alyssa’s verse on TikTok or Twitter, the more I think she was lowkey bottom 2 for me over Pythia lmfao. Like with Pythia this isn’t her strong suit and her runway made up for it, but she really gave a go, Alyssa was giving she cba and probably knew she’d get through anyway :lol: The verse has literally nothing to do with anything, doesn't show anything about Alyssa, go girl give us nothing. Honestly I also think Miranda could have beat her to Spice Up Your Life but there’s no way we can lose Alyssa episode 4 :lol:

I agree on Leah, she is either going to do a Nicole Franzel or she is just accidentally doing nothing at all so well that she hasn’t been on anyone’s radar, the latter is kind of camp given the chaotic this season is :lol:

Maxie wins the Lalapaoruza in a top 2 lipsync with Angel, and Khianna is shockingly in the bottom! Although bottom is just she loses one lipsync to Tita, is in the bottom with Myx and Zymba, and Maxie as the winner chooses to save Zymba. Myx goes home. This is apparently from a newer source so take with a pinch of salt, but I love a good lipsync episode so can’t wait to see this in a few weeks!

The fact Kitty and Kween have two more wins each including a shared one, this season will fall off a CLIFF cba. Apparently the girl groups is the most deserved win Kitty had so I dread to think what a stretch the others will be.

Art originally was looked at to host I believe, I kinda wish they had done that and it would have been more Australian from the start rather than a bit of a black sheep franchise despite being hosted by Ru. Spankie would have been flawless though and Kita has the proven experience from House Of Drag, Isis I really couldn’t see working :lol:

I agree I think this is the best since 14 so far, I did really like 17 though. BB20 had one of the best pre jury phases, if not the best, but the jury phase brought it fully down to it not even in the conversation for such great seasons. I do feel like this might go the same way but I don’t think it will just yet, it’s still quite unpredictable which is the main thing I feel makes a good BB season. I love tuning in like last night and not knowing what would happen, any of the 3 could have gone home and it’s great to actually be that excited about Big Brother, sometimes it feels like a courtesy or a chore to watch but as a fan I know it can be as good as this season and that’s what keeps me at it.

Vanity in the bottom this week was INSANITY, she could have arguably been in the top for me. Kitty winning I am absolutely baffled by, that was giving a Baga Chipz verse. I guess she’s still just not my thing whatever. That runway was absolutely hideous and should have at the very least pulled her down to the top but not winning but for me with the what some of the rest of the girls did that verse and performance was safe. I’m sick of the girls overlooking Nelly and treating her like shit, she did amazingly this week and could have won yet they are all acting like she’s receiving loads of favouritism. I don’t even know what it is, maybe it’s that she is shy and quiet but people can just respect that surely? They’re giving Kitty all these shady confessionals and acting like she’s the villain but honestly I think it’s Kween driving it tbh and Alyssa disappointed me saying seconds before Nelly should be bottom and then acting like nobody has said anything about her? She’s done well at everything so far, has been nothing but nice, and they’re looking at her like something they stepped in. For me: WIN Nehellenia HIGH Gala, Kween LOW Alyssa BTM Miranda, Pythia Pythia probably would have gone and I think that’s why they sacrificed Vanity, Pythia is by far the fashion queen this season and they couldn’t have her go yet which I get. Vanity absolutely slayed that lipsync! Miranda held her own though and I think would have sent Pythia home.

Apparently she deserves a couple of Kitty’s according to the tea but that’s obviously subjective so we’ll see, I could see it though as she did well at both Snatch Game and Roast in her season.

I have to kind of stan Leah Irwin for doing absolutely NOTHING yet never being even mentioned for the block when 3+ people have been up every time :lol:

The Mexico fans aren’t hugely bothered they mostly prefer La Mas Draga I think, the Brazilian ans Filipinos will raise hell :lol:

Why did he give up?! Cba, the whole thing for me with Tucker was he’s a comp beast who was actually good TV and not predictable so I’m disappointed he just pretty much gave up, for Angela as well… why?! The show is about to get very boring and turn into the usual BB fodder, but if Tucker is arrogant enough to think he had to stay on the block to send xyz person home as he has before then that’s a horrendous game move or just stupid as f*** anyway. Meh

Brazil and Phillipines are two of the biggest Drag Race fanbases so it’s absolutely going to be badddd for WOW :lol:
