I really thought T’Kor was playing a really good social long game a la Taylor but she’s pissed it up the wall this week. I agree Chelsie is actually probably in that position, she’s adapted well now Brooklyn has gone and the house turned upside down a bit but she’s still in a comfy position really.

I suppose they are staying true to her character but if that’s the best they could do there was not much point bringing her back. Kathy for example they didn’t do loads with initially but she slot right back in, a character like Cindy is probably only ever going to go round in circles like she is now. I’m already sick of George and his brothers too, they just keep adding to his family and I kind of care about each one less and less. Or moreso I’m just fed up of everything being about George to be fair.

Jason Manford is a dilf idc, very random casting though. Hyped to have this back!

Bringing back a legacy character as big as Cindy and reducing her to just having an affair with her ex stepson, a character who has just joined the show and nobody could care any less about is really truly a choice.

This just might be the best season of the year up there with US16! Such a crazy high standard, Angel and/or Tita should have been high as well this episode I feel like but I wouldn’t take it away from John or Khianna or Maxie. It feels like every episode there should be like 3-4 high placements alongside the win. Maxie and Khianna are absolutely killing it, I’d love Khianna to have a Keiona run of being in the top the entire season if she carries on, she’s so lovable. Also loved the absolute hun they had guest judging this week can we boot Jiggly for her please?

Lemon absolutely had to win there was no other outcome but honestly for someone who kinda flopped two seasons, Cheryl really ran her close. And that’s as a Lemon stan and someone who wasn’t fussed on Cheryl before beyond her being nice enough!

What a shite exit for Kitty, she deserved way more than simply being collateral for the Blue storyline. I almost want to get to the time skip now as much as we’re losing episodes then, because I want this Blue stuff to be over now we know it’s Dave and it was disappointing anyway.

Hopefully Kyran wins, I’m disappointed if they have yet another black LSA in Rileasa dragged to the final instead of a frontrunner and La Voix is basically just another Ginger/Danny as great as she is and I’m bored of the same archertype winning UK every time, it’s why I do find that I don’t enjoy UK as much as other franchises sometimes.

Kween and Tessa did a viewing party and made fun of Nehellenia, insulted her and imitated her nastily, Kween finished by saying love Nehellenia then sneered and rolled her eyes. Nehellenia responded saying she expected it from Kween but was disappointed in Tessa. There’s probably a lot we’re not seeing with the short episodes, perhaps we see a bit more of these attitudes as the crop thins out and the queens left get more airtime, depending who stays and goes. People have been referring to a lot of old Reddit posts too that are highlighting Kween as a horrible person oop. I think it depends what was actually said whether it’s shade or nasty but given what’s been said about Kween it’s hard to take her side tbh Nehellenia Monsoon underdog edit come thru

Apparently it’s Alyssa’s turn for favouritism this week, she is leader/choreographer for her group and messes it up, also apparently Pythia is clearly the worst but they just throw Vanity in the bottom :lol:

I thought Kitty’s second look was one of the worst of all time :lol: and Kween’s was not much better. It’s one thing to have a bad designed look, that’s under timed pressure and might not be your skill. But to bring something from home that hideous like… they paid for those?! Also Alvilda ATE with that post, that’s what is frustrating me the most! Even down to the lipsync song, having a very wordy lipsync that’s driven by the lyrics, that’s just gonna be a disadvantage for the ESL queens right away. It really feels like they just didn’t think it through and actually tailor the season for these queens to show them off when it would have been so easy to do that. I feel like they aren’t seeing what each franchise brings, what each drag scene from each country brings, they just want what they’d get from a typical Drag Race season.

Taste, Bed Chem, Juno, Slim Pickins and Good Graces are incredible, Taste is definitely my highlight though I cannot get enough of it.

Maxi and Khianna both killed that challenge, Khianna could have 3/3 wins by now lowkey but Maxi did kill it. I’m not fussed at all by Versex being first out.

I think Tessa was meant to be high based on her first two looks, or maybe yellow safe as she had mixed critiques. Either way the others coming for her with some of their packages was hilarious tbh. Her design look was pretty messy, but I could see what she was going for. It was maybe too ambitious for a design challenge under timed pressure, but I love her for swinging for it compared to say what Kitty or Kween cobbled together with little thought.

Well that lasted two episodes :lol: The editing is really off, but I think it does always feel off with short Ball episodes as there’s so many looks to go through. Maybe as the eliminations start and we get less of the queens there, the ones left will develop and get airtime bc right now we’re not seeing much of anyone as the episodes rush by. Kitty was for me by far the worst along with Soa,and Kween wasn’t great either, but of course they wouldn’t let a Ru girl potentially be first out (Kitty would lose to Kween or Soa I’d have thought). Athena was closer to the top than the bottom for me, absolute madness. Like yeah it was all simple, but there really wasn’t anything wrong with any of her looks, and I think her and Nehellenia both did really well with having a cohesive set of looks that really showed who they are. Saying that “it didn’t feminise you enough” to a drag artist in 2024 is utter utter bullshit imo, that’s like a season 2 critique not Global All Stars. Why invite all these queens from different countries with different types of drag in their culture if you’re going to just want the same old? I’m utterly baffled, this is like Shuga Cain in Dragracadbra levels of bullshit elimination. I can’t be bothered with this season if they’re going to keep favouring the girls Ru already knows and pay everyone else dust. Maybe they want to save say Kitty for a comedy challenge, but if you’re worried about the comedy challenges because of the cast, then make it fairer for ESL queens if you’re going to cast them. For me: WIN Pythia HIGH Alyssa, Nehellenia/Vanity (mainly due to Vanity’s design which was easily the second best behind Pythia’s) LOW Kween (that second look of hers was potentially the worst thing on the runway all night) BTM Kitty, Soa ELIM Kitty

Lemon has absolutely eaten this season though, nothing can take away from how well she has done, the only one that was a slight stretch was high for the ball.
