Sam's performance in the veto being solid makes me have a little more hope for her "chance" to stay being realised, it depends what they do ofc and whether it might just be say her having to do something in a certain time or her doing it against the current HOH or maybe whoever people vote to face her like when Paul was selected for Cody. Them saying it's a "chance" is almost certainly a competition, as opposed to the return ticket as I remember that specified you just go right back in.

I agree that the reason I used to love following the chart is things like when a song used to be used on X Factor and it'd launch up the chart randomly, just the thought that each week there could be a totally random forgotten, underperformed or just "why not sing this again" kind of song :lol: I get ACR for hits that won't go away but when something comes to the forefront because of say a huge episode of a TV, an event like the World Cup or a musician's death, it shouldn't be the same deal.

Dumping at least 2 or 3 is a good opportunity to get some of the deadwood and filler out, as said it's quite easy to give certain couple a certain edit and when Jack and Dani are eating up most of the votes, the little boost that'd give will have helped them out. When it's vote to save, just being shown helps, obviously Megan and Josh are not at all likeable but as they have storylines people are much more likely to vote them in than say Charlie and Ellie!

Just my opinion, I cannot and will never get excited over men chasing a ball around :lol: I'm sure people say the same about things I enjoy and that's fine, I don't get why there's always so much defensiveness when someone DARES to not like football....

 

Also nobody has said it's not a huge song, I get that and if it is the most popular song at a certain moment, yes it should be #1 (although who knows with how they're doing ACR atm :lol:), as should say a Christmas classic at Christmas. That doesn't mean I *want* it to though.

They really need a mass dumping, I'd be fine with that! It's not that all the Islanders are awful, but there's too many couples so there's so many nothingy newbies that pretty much everyone is on the same level of not being shown :lol: I'm sure Megan will stay anyway because I'm sure people will keep her for drama over utter bores like Ellie and Charlie - I honestly forgot both of them were in there at points. Getting rid of say Ellie/Charlie, Sam/Ellie, Adam/Darylle and Alex/Grace would be fab (at least Josh and Kaz fit as a couple) as they aren't bringing anything. Alex is just awkward and painful to watch at this point, it was cute when he was the poor little doctor who nobody wanted but he's had his chances now and just is so awkward and f***s it up each time. Mind you Grace has to be one of the most vapid and dense people they could have gotten, even for a show like this :lol: Serves him right really, it seemed to click a bit better with Charlie at least yet as I said he basically swapped from her to Grace just because he could. He's acting like that one weird kid at school who made one popular friend and completely changed to be accepted into the "cool" group by doing anything he thought would make him "cool".

 

It's just getting a bit boring now, like I'm really invested in Dani/Jack but we all know they are going to win, and there's going to only really be so much they can do to keep Georgia for much longer unless a new guy is put in and wants her. I do like Laura too though and I guess Samira so hopefully with a bit of a clearout we see more of them and their relationships can develop and be something we can root for a bit.

I don't mean to sound miserable like people can enjoy what they want but it's absolutely insufferable when you can't go ANYWHERE without hearing it's bloody coming home, football is the most dull thing possible and I just don't care :lol:

Sadly it's all anyone around me talks about as well :drama: My entire soial media feeds, my housemates, my other friends.... So bored of it. Even if it's not football it annoys me when pointless songs chart, but football is the best example for it. I think drunk football chant is one of the most jarring noises possible so that in a song is a huge no.

Ellie is hideous, there's something really unlikable about her and she's clearly still wanting Jack or why would she go on the show and chase him there? The 2500+ complaints are ridic though, it's needless stirring but it's hardly mental torture... Especially when it hasn't affected them other than little tiff last night and every couple is gonna have that, whether the producers stir or not, at some point. It's not like Dani has totally broken down and gone insane and they've kept on whittling her down, she got a bit pissed off as anyone would and then went for her drinks with Ellie and seems to be fine. People will complain to Ofcom about basically anything :drama:

She had that one same-sex relationship for like... a month and it was cut short and totally watered down because of right-wing groups complaining. It also kinda felt a bit like "look we've got a lesbian!11" stunt storyline rather than anything ground breaking or representative, especially as iirc Charlie's sexuality was never even mentioned after that (although the furore probably didn't help and the ridiculous Christian groups being idiots made it so that the show has shyed away from casting a gay until very recently and even then I think he's just a guest :/). I haven't watched it for years but it's astounding they're still tiptoeing around these issues in 2018....

Confirmed for the first time, it's probably low table but I wanted to do this and it's a lowkey BJSC potential I've had for a while but never wanted to send, but it feels better for this, it builds nicely and takes a couple of listens.

I get that it's a game and when you go in Casa Amor there might be someone who you like more than your current partner but he surely knew Georgia liked him and from the way he was talking it's like he had doubts about her and really should have been upfront with her in that case. I know that they didn't know they were going to Casa Amor and the whole point was to test them like that but there's been people like Ellie who were honest at the risk of their own place in the villa, if he just wasn't feeling it he should have been honest and they could have maybe worked on it or moved on within the villa. It feels like he was using Georgia as a placeholder and then dropped her as soon as someone better came along.

I hate that Swaggy C is insufferable (I'm getting Paul start of BB18 vibes) because I really like the rest of his alliance :/ If we could just swap him for Kaycee maybe :lol:

 

I think Sam (or whoever else) having a "chance" to return means that she'll have to do a comp and perhaps have a chance to return like when Cody had to face Paul to fight for his second chance rather than automatically getting it. But at least she has some form of lifeline, I still don't 100% buy into her and love her but I would feel awful for her if she were to be ousted and her experience is just left as being a robot and having an awful time being excluded for various reasons :/
