    Imagine being in your late 30s, trying to rap over some dated, shitty beat that Migos left unused. This is a woman that constantly gets compared to MJ, Prince and Tina Turner. :lol:

    Yeah that's my issue with the album, I love her and she's cemented herself as a true artist with Lemonade and her self-titled in which she experimented and slayed so many styles, but this is such a step back :/ It's almost trend-chasing which is something she hasn't done for the best part of a decade. I suppose it's more of a side album though so I'm not *too* worried, it's just disappointing when you hear Lemonade and think what we could have had following on from that.

    01 Jack (7-4-1) - SO likeable, he gets more attractive and more likeable each episodes and he's just so sweet with Dani

    02 Alex (2-1-2) - still a king

    03 Dani (6-2-3)

    04 Laura (10-9-4) - she's finally bringing it, she can be hilarious and I can see her bringng the drama and entertainment when/if Wes f***s her over

    05 Ellie (5) - she seems lovely so far

    06 Samira (1-3-6) - didn't like her at all last night but hopefully she gets her match soon

    07 Georgia (7-7) - a bit annoying but harmless enough so far

    08 Zara (8)

    09 Wes (8-6-9) - pretty dull but looks like him and Laura could finally bring the drama now they're being tested

    10 Rosie (8-10)

    11 Adam (9-14-11) - I like him helping Alex and being a good friend but he treats him better than Rosie lmao

    12 Josh (11-12) - the most pointlessly boring

    13 Megan (5-13) - she seems so cold and judgemental, shame because I had such a good initial impression

    14 Eyal (5-13-14) - snake

    I (tentatively) really like Ellie and Zara so far! I seem to flip-flop over most of the islanders though, aside from loving Alex, Jack and Dani always and Eyal has become eternally the worst. Even Adam got better for a bit when he was being nice to Alex and helping him although he's back to being snakey over Rosie now :lol: So with Ellie and Zara I'll give them time to f*** it up in a recoupling or something.

    I was waiting for exams and shit for finish for a few of us to get more rates :lol: I kinda forgot to bump it bc I had much more important things on my mind but I know Jade wanted to do this at least, and there's little point in doing results with the disappointing turnout we've got so hopefully a few more as well :/

    I'm still not over All The Pieces coming like 31st :/ Absolute travesty.

     

    Also Bones DNQing in like 23rd (in a final with 15 going through as well), a lot of that period where I kept DNQing I knew that it was gonna happen but I *really* thought that was onto something and it still feels like such a huge song and got paid dust.

    Will Ferrell is not funny in anyway shape or form, how dare he have the audacity to come within a million miles of the sacred Eurovision.

    Elf is the worst film ever bar none and he has not one bone of comedy in his body. And as if stupid people didn't view Eurovision as enough of a joke we get this representation :lol:

    I am still enjoying this series but it's probably a victim of its own hype I think, people expect SO much so a good solid series isn't enough and everyone is going on on social media about how it isn't living up to last year.

    It's not terrible but it's just not for me, it all sounds the same with Apeshit and LOVEHAPPY being the only real highlights and I don't think I'll go back to it as a whole body of work tbh. For an artist like Beyonce who has been so sonically diverse and experimenting with (successfully) so many different sounds on self-titled and Lemonade, this is such disappointing urban fodder. Pretty much any rapper with a bit of a budget and some production could do this, it's a step up from that awful "soundcloud rap" I guess but eh

    Definitely, I like Laura now as she can be hilarious but they are really dull as a couple whereas the other really stable couple in Jack and Dani are giving us loads. Wes and Laura, while nice enough, aren't giving us much when they're stable, but Laura with a fire under her if (or let's be real when) Wes does what it looks like he's going to should be entertaining *.*

    Putting civilian after celeb definitely makes it seem like a goodbye series :lol: I get them leaving it until after Love Island but it's f***ing stupid how much they seem to hate BB, even though figures have dropped a hell of a lot it's still getting better views than most things C5 would show surely? I guess it costs more than Can't Pay Jane McDonald'll Take It Away and Jane McDonald On Benefits, but still. If they put a bit of effort in the payback would be greater, they'll probably fart out a final series that's as long as a celeb one and be done with it.
