  1. Screaming at Donchez 3rd, just shows how weak this series was  Giang Brothers not top 3 was an absolute joke.

SO happy with that top 2 though, such an inspirational winner that will hopefully show many people that they don't need to let disability hold them back and actually rather than lament what is wrong with you, you can use it as a strength.

  2. Voted 10 for Lost Voice Guy (5 on my iPad and 5 on phone) *.* I'd be more than happy with Robert though as both of them have the same huge positives I've already mentioned and are the sort of person we need to be giving this platform to.
  3. Real Love is such a bop, glad to see it snatch top 10

Mozart's House doing well is fab too, totally different to what they're known for now but made me fall in lvoe with them and be excited about what they could bring to music! All the other faves are top 10 ofc so yaass.

  4. There's gulf between the deserving top 3 (Robert, Lost Voice Guy and Giang Brothers) and the rest tbh, gonna predict:

    01 Lost Voice Guy

    02 Giang Brothers

    03 Robert

    04 Donchez

    05 DVG

    06 Gruffyd

    07 B Positive Choir

    08 D-Day Darlings

    09 Micky

    10 Jack & Tim

    11 Callum Courtney

Very weak final, only the top 3 (perhaps hopeful on my part but surely?!) were really impressive, I guess Donchez was fun and B Posiitve Choir/Callum were good, didn't care for the rest.

  5. What the flying f*** was that from Micky  Didn't think he was that great in the first place but christ, it was like a really bad Ed Sheeran parody on some awful comedy show on a random cable channel with no viewers.
  6. I just can't take to DVJ, they're talented but you can't help but compare them to Diversity and they just come across like a lesser Diversity. I thought it was just me being picky and not being that fussed on dance acts, but Twitter seems to have the same general consensus!
  7. Richard was one of the most obvious winners of any series

Hopefully Lost Voice Guy has it but Giang Brothers were incredible! My heart was in my mouth the whole time especially when it went wrong (idk if that was even part of the act??) :o

Screaming at the judges telling basically everyone they will win lmao

  8. Twist and Pulse were fine but they felt like odd second placers, perhaps because that year didn't have much competition outside of Spellbound being obvious winners  Diveristy are still the most successful winners I'd say, in terms of still doing stuff and people still remembering and loving them, so naturally DVJ are going to have a good chance.
  9. I think it should have been Martin that found him. He really did have a relationship, and a rocky one at that, with Shakil plus he’s Kush’s best mate. This is just an excuse to shove Danny Dyer in our faces. He got two duff duffs this week FFS.

Exactly! I suppose they've got to milk Danny Dyer with what they're paying him :drama:

  10. Yeah it all being about Mick is really getting on my tits, of course it HAD to be King Mick who found Keegan and is embroiled in the whole story... Like ofc someone had to find and save him and ofc being involved whoever that was gonna feel guilty for not also saving Shakil, but who on earth cares about Mick's feelings around someone he barely interacted with when there are friends and family of Shakil we aren't really seeing? It's just yet another way to shoehorn him into virtually every storyline.
  11. Aw, wanted Mandy but B-Positive Choir were great and something different! Tbf to Mandy we don't need more comedy, I have the same worry as Rooney that they'll all cancel out and we'll end up with DVJ winning as I said, because there isn't another dance act to clash with them and people love Diversity. They're good just eh, it'd be great for comedy to finally win for once!
  12. The Vixen is the antithesis of congenial.

They're gonna give it to Miss Vanjie aren't they? That would be stupid really because having a catchphrase and being a hilarious moment isn't congenial, they should just make it fan fave tbh, normally the one who wins genuinely is one of the nicest and most likeable so it's fine but if they give it to Miss Vanjie it's not about congeniality at all.

  13. Ngl Hollyoaks self-harm storyline was not deserving at all, they made it seem like some sort of trend to follow in that Peri and Yasmine just went along and did it too. I suppose that kind of thing does go on and it shows the pressure in young girls, I applaud Hollyoaks for tackling it but I think what they showed with Lily was sufficient for a great storyline, I just think it was the wrong message to send out in tackling such a topic. I also really just don't like Lily as a character  They didn't deserve partnership or Male Dramatic Performance, for both Dramatic Performance, Episode and Storyline, it feels like they were rewarded for merely the act of tackling a difficult subject more than the actual end result or execution. Both are very important issues but they were left in the hands of not the greatest actors in the show, and not always carried in the best way. Hollyoaks has some great talent (Anna Passey is up there with the likes of Lucy Fallon, Lacey Turner and Emma Atkins for one) yet they reward... that.

Lucy Fallon's double win was fully deserved, she's possibly the best actress in any soap right now, although it would have been nice for her to have Dramatic Performance and then Emma Atkins to have Best Actress as a brilliant all-rounder, Charity is one of the funniest characters in soap as well as having a great warm relationship with Vanessa, but also shone in her past sexual abuse story. But still, Lucy Fallon is bloody incredible  As is Jack P Shepherd ofc, and for Corrie to get best soap was a cherry on top as it's done incredibly this year after being abysmal for the previous couple of years really.

  14. Caught up on tonight and Mandy and the Giang Brothers were definitely the best! Mickey was solid too but behind those two for me, it was much better than his audition for me though and "Andy Murray's mum" is possibly the most I've laughed at something all series  It's a shame that all of those 3 were in this semi when we had a semi so weak that bloody Dacre Darces won it!

We need some magic in the final so I'm hoping that Mandy gets the wildcard!

I've got a feeling DVJ will win the whole thing which I'd be pretty disappointed with :/
