OPINION POLLS 2019-2024
Whilst I imagine that they could lose a tiny amount from die-hard Corbynites, I think they'd more than make that back from Tories voters that cross over, as well as from the "no one/no opinions" that would now answer Labour when asked. It'll be interesting to see if any of the smaller "left" parties do slightly gain in future polls; a few seemed to suggest they may go over to the Green Party, although I imagine that might cause a few problems on their side.

OPINION POLLS 2019-2024
Two Opinion Polls released today give Labour a lead over the Tories. Who would have thought that attacking a much loved footballer and being on the side of starving children could have such an impact. @1322136323382218752 @1322126032028291072 Whilst I'm not good at predictions, I do predict that in the next Opinion Polls which include data from the last few days, Labour's lead will increase as a result of Starmer's move to distance the Labour Party from Corbyn.

Labour, and allegations of anti-semitism
Yes, I do see that the whattaboutery has started on Twitter. As I said, I do feel a few heads will roll over the next few weeks. Not Corbyn, and I don't think any MPs either (the only one who I think would was already kicked out last year), but a few people who were leading figures from 2015-2019 could be shown the door and end up back in the SWP.

Labour, and allegations of anti-semitism
The Equality & Human Rights Commission have officially confirmed that the Labour Party was "responsible for unlawful acts of harassment and discrimination" in relation to anti-Semitism and broke equality laws, the first political party to fall foul of this since the British National Party. Labour has been given 6 weeks to publish its action plan, although it has taken steps in the first few months. Regardless, heads are going to roll.

Just found out that my aunt who's in a care home has contracted COVID-19. Her health hasn't been the best so I'm dreading the worst.

Who will win the 2020 U.S Presidential election?
Because everything tells me that there's absolutely no way that Donald Trump can possibly win next week, I'll have to say that we will end up with a Trump victory. I still have a feeling that the polls are still not telling the whole story. As for the 2nd question, in the absence of the American Solidarity Party and/or Kanye West as voting options, will have to go for Joe Biden to get Catholic #2 in the White House.

Coronavirus Discussion
Northern Ireland now has more people hospitalised with Cornavirus than there were than in its original peak back in April, and the 13 deaths recorded yesterday is also close to April's peak. Then when you combine that the usual winter hospitalisations that are due over the next few months, I have a feeling that unfortunately our current circuit breaker might end up being extended.

I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! • Series 20
That's actually less than I would expect for I'm A Celeb, it seems less than in previous series. Then again, I wouldn't complain if I was paid £50k to spend 3 weeks in Wales.

iTunes Weekly Thread w/c 16th October 2020
An incredibly blue and controversial comedian, so blue that none of his stand up has ever been shown in full on TV, even during the 90s. He actually has reached the chart before - he reached #3 in the mid 90s with a collaboration with Smokie called “Who the F is Alice”. KxWk3lEp7sA

Will LadBaby score a Christmas hat-trick in 2020?
Please let it be an original song. And not something like "Sausage Roll Dreams Come Through", or "Mr Sausage Roll", or "It's a Long Way To The Shop (If You Want a Sausage Roll)."

The Suedehead Chart Commentary
Fleetwood Mac were last in the Top 40 in 2013, "Everywhere" re-entered after being used in an ad for a dancing horse.

Coronavirus Discussion
I really hope we don't enter a new total national lockdown here. It was hard enough the first time around, especially when you live on your own, and I do worry about how such a full lockdown will affect the mental state of a lot of people - I know I found it hard, and if it wasn't for calls with my family & finding someone during the lockdown I don't think I could have coped. I'm all for mandatory masks & stronger sanctions on those who don't wear masks and keep to social distancing, but I hope that it's not another lockdown.

UK Box Office Chart 2020
Those numbers have plummeted from prior weeks, it looks like the Cineworld closures have started to have an effect on the box office. Delighted to see the Akira re-release at #3, although in a normal week it wouldn't even be top 10 with those numbers.

UK Shazam Chart
Apple bought Shazam a few years ago, and I don't think they've as actively promoted it as before. It was suggested they did so as a spoiler for Spotify - before the takeover Shazam would send its users to Spotify to listen further, and now it sends its users to Apple Music.

OPINION POLLS 2019-2024
Something surprising coming out of IpsoMori tomorrow - @1315969013906841603 Someone on Twitter pointed out the last time he tweeted something like this, it was the first indication that the SNP would sweep the board in the 2015 General Election, so this could be massive. Or, something boring, like Labour leading by 1 point.

That, and when people wear masks in shops so they’re allowed in, then don’t cover their nose. Kind of misses the point.

FA Cup Rolling Sweepstake 2020/21
2nd season in a row I've been the 1st consolidation game! Let's hope that Bedfont does well enough to keep me ahead of Rollo so I'm still in with a chance of winning.

OPINION POLLS 2019-2024
Interesting, although I can't think off the top of my head what would have caused Starmers' rating to drop so much in the past week, can't think of any one thing that would cause a drop in his ratings among normal people, unless it's just that more people know of him than before.

OPINION POLLS 2019-2024
Seems to suggest that a lot of the "watermelons" that moved from the Greens to Labour in 2015 when Corbyn was elected leader are starting to make their way back to the Greens.

I know with the Northern Irish app there were two different notifications of this type, one where you don’t need to isolate and one where you do, so it might be worth checking to see what the app website says in relation to this.
