Rod has his own TV special on straight after the X Factor Final.

I think some people need to calm down and remember it's only a music chart. No one is going to get dropped if they don't get the number one.

Signs aren't looking good for Little Mix. Down to No. 7 already with a single that is from an unreleased album, X Factor performance and is actually fairly good.

It's a shame because she was seriously sexy a few years ago.

Most actors can hold a tune, they went to stage school and did singing classes.

Totally agree.

Agreed. I really like Glad You Came and a few other of their singles but it's seems pretty desperate to keep releasing songs because they sound like Glad You Came.

Already? I've hardly seen any festive adverts on the TV yet. We haven't even got past Halloween!

He was at the Freshers Ball at Birmingham University.

Bre - you know The Voice final peaked at nearly 9m? It far from bombed.

I hear Labrinth - Earthquake every time I listen to the station.

Where are all the football songs? Are they not even top 100?

Her general bad attitude and unlikability was a big contribution.

Its old fashioned to me in the sense its bubblegum pop, the sort that has disappeared in the last few years and been replaced with the Lady Gagaesque electro, dance pop that everyone does nowadays.

Its used on the advert for the video game Prototype 2 which Ive seen a lot of in the last 24 hours.

As much as its good to see an old fashioned pop song (not electro or dance) at number one in Call Me Maybe. Is anyone else astounded at how well its holding up?

Loving the 2005 list. Great year for pop music that wipes the floor with the crap we get today.

Emeli Sande already has the number 1 for her album. What difference does it make if she is number 1 for one week or two? As long as her album keeps selling well, which I have no doubt it will, then there's no problem.

Spare a thought for her daughter, parents, siblings. You really are just a total idiot.

Do you realise how sick that post is? You really should be ashamed of yourself.

Totally different times though when comparing the late physical single era and download era.

I really like the song but the video is truly awful. Firstly, Pixie is an attractive girl but they have managed to style her like Kitty from X Factor and make her look crap. Secondly, it looks so cheap. Its just her "dancing" in a studio with CGI added on later. It was probabaly knocked up in 30 minutes.

Sorry to be pedantic but wasn't Take That's #1 album the re-release called "Progressed" not "Progress"

Is he doing it live? I would have thought they could pre-record it on Christmas Eve.
