The Masked Singer UK • Series 3
That's what made me think of him as well, at the same time, would he do such a show? And does he have such long, skinny legs? I thought of a drag queen, based on the introduction, but the voice didn't sound like any of the UK queens.

Is a Sugababe a masked singer???
It's definitely not Keisha or Mutya  Could be Jade though? With the reference they made of jump (her jump in Splash) and the first one to make a headline (she was the first one voted off on that show). Kimberly Wyatt would make more sense but I didn't know her voice was that strong.

iTunes & Spotify Charts
That's true, unfortunately. But Ghosts has been her top song for years and years (still shocked that got up to 500k streams!), so I just wonder how people discovered There's A Place all of a sudden. Not complaining of course, like you said, it's a fantastic song.

iTunes & Spotify Charts
Just noticed There's A Place is #1 on Siobhan's Spotify top 10, which seems quite random? Her monthly average is around 17k now which is obviously WAY too low, but seems higher than usual. I could swear it was always around 7/8k.

Is a Sugababe a masked singer???
Indeed! Singing Kygo x Whitney's Higher Love. Which I couldn't imagine Siobhan ever doing, but one of the others would make sense.

Mutya on BBC Radio 2 Celebrates George Michael
Radio 2 have released a two part special celebrating 25 years of George Michael's Older album. Mutya is featured for as one of the speakers. She talks about her love of George as well as working with them. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m00131lk Mutya is between 36.40-39.20, but the whole episode is very good to listen to and is hosted by fellow girlband icon Melanie C.

Is a Sugababe a masked singer???
The show is usually filmed months in advance (Nicola filmed the first season back in September 2019) so it could be any of them, IF true. Mutya or Keisha would make the most sense, I really can't see Siobhan doing this. Or one of the other three could be as well. I watched yesterday but none of them sounded like any of the 'babes, tonight there will be six new ones so curious to hear them.

Melanie C • General Discussion
Mel has done a two-special for Radio 2, looking back at George Michael's Older album: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m00131lk.

The Masked Singer UK • Series 3
Firework sounded very Pixie Lott in some parts. This is the first time I've watched a full epsiode, since I'm in the UK, at the moment- how bloody annoying are the judges though? Especially Rita's "look at all the scriped dumb things I say hahaha". Isn't it very 2003 to pretend a woman is not intelligent? Way to go feminism. Also very telling the audiences voted off all the female sounding voices. I know it's a game show, shouldn't be taken too serious at all, but got me right on my nerves.

Mel B • General Discussion
I love how the girls are always so supportive with each other when things like this happen, it's lovely to see.

A STAR IS BORN TV Premiere + Lady Gaga at the BBC
They have been doing quite a few recently; Spice Girls and Madonna as well. Obviously those did not start their career in the 00's but they are in the same "main pop girl" category as GaGa is. Would indeed love to see more of them.

Spice Girls • Spotify / Apple Music / iTunes / YouTube
I'm definitely not a fan of the commercials, very cringe, but at the same time- why not? If this is what they want to do. I don't think I will ever understand the fan obsession with new music. It's never going to happen, they don't want to and why should they.

Spice Girls • Spotify / Apple Music / iTunes / YouTube
That is just.... bizarre :o I had to look My Love up and after listening to the chorus, I remember it from back in the day, but have not heard this song anywhere since 2000 and it seems almost too weird for it to have such a presence on streaming services. Like you said, 2B1 was, and I would argue still is, way bigger and better remember by the general public.

Viva Forever has finally passed the 40m mark on Spotify! Their seventh song to do so.

A Second To Midnight (with Years & Years) • 4th single
Ooh that's very exciting! Jodie is great and lovely to see her working with Kylie.

A STAR IS BORN TV Premiere + Lady Gaga at the BBC
It was a shame to see basically only three sets (Glasto, CIN Rocks and Big Weekend), but turns out she hasn't done a lot of BBC performances in general. Still a very fun watch though, especially the CIN Rocks show which I have always loved. Her TEOG performance there is simply sublime! The only thing that was off for me was Telephone at Jonathan Ross. It happens very rarely, as she usually always delivers, but this has to be one of her worst performances? It seemed she really wasn't feeling it herself either.

The Voice Kids - Melanie C new judge
I've watched a few short moments of this (don't really the show and/or kids singing) and from what I have seen, she did a good job. Loved to see her performing with the other judges (she sounded so good!).

Sugababes predictions for 2022
Especially for you
-
Favourite album cover
I agree, I do like their first three covers quite a bit but the others are all rather boring. Went for Three as well, even though I think the Angels cover was quite cool as well. It's a pretty bold picture for an pop album cover.

Sugababes predictions for 2022
2021 has been a very exciting year for Sugababes fans with the re-release of One Touch and 2022 seems to give us even more. We know they have some festival slots coming up, but surely that cannot be the only thing, so I thought it would be a nice idea to make some predictions for the new year. What do you think 2022 will bring us? New music? A tour? A comeback of 4.0? Let's discuss!

YOUR favourite Sugababes singles
Over the last few months I have run the singles survivor on here, with Freak Like Me taking the crown as Buzzjack's favourite Sugababes single. After the survivor, I thought it would be interesting to do our own top 30 rankings as well and see how it compares to the forum one in general. This is the top 30 we all voted for: 01. Freak Like Me 02. Hole In The Head 03. Round Round 04. Too Lost In You 05. Stronger 06. Push The Button 07. Overload 08. Run For Cover 09. About You Now 10. In The Middle 11. Ugly 12. Caught In A Moment --. Denial 14. Red Dress 15. Shape 16. New Year --. Easy 18. Flatline 19. Change --. About A Girl 21. Follow Me Home 22. Soul Sound 23. Flowers 24. No Can Do 25. Angels With Dirty Faces --. Get Sexy 27. Girls 28. Wear My Kiss 29. Freedom 30. Walk This Way But what would your top 30 look like? Agree with Freak Like Me being their best song or do you maybe prefer Freedom or Walk This Way?
