When did you become a Lady Gaga fan?
It was very instant for me. I remember hearing Just Dance for the very first time around April/May 2008 and something immediately clicked with me and I basically was a full stan right from the start, hoping so much that Just Dance would become some kind of hit. Little did I know she would be the biggest pop star in the world in a years time. I would say that 2009-2011 was definitely my biggest stan period for her. I am still a very big fan but the obsession I had back then was on another level.

House of Gucci - awards
Ah that makes sense, so she was at the London location! I was already so confused

House of Gucci - awards
How did she go to both Bafta's and Critics Choice ON THE SAME DAY? :o :o That's quite impressive, she must have been so jet-legged.

iTunes, Streaming & YouTube
Agreed. It's crazy to me how she is only the 181th most listened to artist in the world considering her legacy and impact.

Who do you think will win UK vs The World 1?
I don't think I want any of them to win  But if I had to pick, Blu. Although I fear Baga will take it since Ru seems to be obsessed with her.

UK Versus The World // Episode 4
This show has really turned into a joke. I don't believe for one second Blu herself picked Pangina, surely the producers have had a big part in this and it just doesn't make any sense. The two best queens are gone and none of the five left even deserve to win. Janey was clearly the worst of the bunch this week and I don't understand why they are trying to make her happen. The cancel culture chat was cringeworthy to watch as well. Obviously Tory Chipz was problematic as always (I honestly don't believe she has changed a bit since her 'vote Theresa May' piece) and Janey is the most obvious example of a Dutch white gay who is ignorant and only cares about "diversity" when it involves gay or queer themes. Blu saying she takes everything back now because it was filmed ages ago is also a bit strange, it was a year ago, not five years ago. Sure people grow and learn, absolutely. But after everything that has happened in 2020 and you still don't realise this, until the only black queen steps up and says something is very telling. To end on a positive, Clara Amfo was a joy to watch as judge and nice to see them pushing an Alexandra Burke song.

Spice Girls invited to The Queen's Platinum Jubilee Concert
I really hope they don't do this and support the toxic and racist system that is the British monarchy.

SUGABABES RECORD STORE DAY KLAXON
True, but I live in the west part of the country which is the furthest from the German border. Unfortunately! I think I'll ask my friend in London to look for it.

SUGABABES RECORD STORE DAY KLAXON
Ah lucky you! I just checked again but unfortunately still wasn't there.

The tracklist of all the re-issues is on their Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/plasticpoprecs/. Every release will have some bonus tracks.

Sophie Ellis-Bextor
Woo for the 1 copy on Sunday :cheer: I think the result is fairly good, considering the fact it's her least known album and Plastic Pop REcords is still very small. Also imagine he sells quite a few international copies that won't count towards the charts.

SUGABABES RECORD STORE DAY KLAXON
Very exciting indeed, although I fear it will be a UK drop only. It's not listed on the Dutch list :(

Melanie C - 'Northern Star'
Very good news! :cheer: RSD releases always stress me out a bit, as usually they are quite exclusive, so I hope I'll manage to get a copy.

Sophie Ellis-Bextor
Plastic Pop Records posted yesterday that, I think from this week onwards, they are indeed chart eligible. Which is pretty exciting to see.

Lego Brickheadz will you be buying?
Yes! I really like the design and will be a cute add to the collection.

UK Versus The World // Episode 3
It was a fun episode, with a very disappointing outcome. I do get Pangina, if she was making her decision on the challenge itself, Jimbo was definitely the worst. BUT JuJu is still giving us nothing, she has had her chances and keeps disappointing. Also her runway outfit was, again, a choice. Pangina is a very deserving winner though. She did so well and that lip sync, wow. I have to see Janey impressed me during the challenge as well, although the lip sync really felt like "person at the club doing a dance". And that outfit  Yikes. Loved the fact we got a Vengaboys song though. And how cute is Jonathan?? And Baga just needs to go. So unprofessional. That constant moaning because you didn't get the thing you wanted? Get over it, girl.

Melanie C - UK Live Tour 2022
Haha, yes indeed. And that's not even R&B, maybe a bit influenced, but I would still call it a pop song

Melanie C - UK Live Tour 2022
Fantastic setlist! I understand why some fans maybe miss a few of the singles from other records (Think About It would have worked quite well), but with this show and style, I don't think much of the more rockier stuff would have worked. Although I'll always miss Next Best Superstar which is one of my Melanie favourites. The videos looks so good as well and make me even more sad she cancelled the European dates :(

Season 14 // Episode 6
I honestly thought Jorgeous was going to be in the bottom.... and then she WON. What? I just don't understand the judges this season.
