  1. Today’s the 21st September. Earth, Wind and Fire’s “September” reached #41 on Spotify last year on this date, wonder where it will get to this year.
  2. Not sure they’ll be rushing to give resets here like they were with Oasis and Coldplay
  3. Good news for the OCC is Romantic Homicide and Here with Me (just) are ineligible for resets. Feel It on the other hand should get one.

  5. It is! It’s been above undressed for a while now. Unfortunately there’s quite a big gap between #11 and #10 on the list so I expect #11 is the highest it can get

    Somewhere between #75 and #90 I'd guess
  7. 'Man I Need' gets the highest weekly Spotify figure of the year, beating its total from last week. 'Good Luck, Babe!' dropped below a million streams this week, leaving 'BIRDS OF A FEATHER', 'Messy' and 'Beautiful Things' as the only songs still achieving this every week so far this year.
  8. Thanks! I guess Just Keep Watching can't be too far away either?
  9. Where’s Sparks? Must be close now right?

No one commuting to work is the reason and parties not being possible

Chart sales were embarrassingly low when Ariana was #1 - six weeks number one and it didn’t even make the year end and then only barely made the 2021 one despite the cut off being insanely low

The OCC will definitely post an article when Mr. Brightside catches. Would expect not until until April/May next year.
  13. I’d noticed “Romantic Homicide” by d4vd had re-entered the Spotify chart recently and some research suggests this is for very bad reasons…
  14. +30 Blossoms - Charlemagne +29 La La Land Cast - Another Day of Sun +28 Elle King - Ex's And Oh's +27 The Chainsmokers (feat. Daya) - Don't Let Me Down +26 Clean Bandit (feat. 15. regardless of your opinion on Ed, I think people should appreciate how insane it was for Divide to dominate in the way that it did. The UK Spotify numbers for Shape of You and Castle on the Hill were like 3x anything ever seen before, only big jump that’s comparable since is Easy on Me. And for every single album track to chart above the highest song not from the album will probably never happen again
  16. Resurgence big enough to re-enter officially this week too, so might be safe for a while if it can keep the momentum up. Another Love re-entered the audio streaming chart and greedy had a bit of a boost on Spotify too. Don’t know if we’re expecting any entries this week, but I think even if Another Love drops out briefly, The Sound of Silence and Everybody Wants to Rule the World are in more long term trouble. Dirty Cash and Juno are also tanking near the bottom of the top 100 so would expect them to drop out soon-ish too.
  17. What’s with the Tate McRae resurgence recently, is she touring or something? There is a Light That Never Goes Out makes the weekly chart for the first time at #198
  18. Not a single song from the Bieber deluxe showed up? Oh dear
  19. Thanks, I had noticed a resurgence for it on Spotify the last couple of weeks, I guess due to her new material as You've Got the Love also re-entered.
  20. Confused as to what the 4th song between Nice to Each Other and No Broke Boys is. Have got greedy, The Sound of Silence and Everybody Wants to Rule the World, but none of my other estimates from last week would logically end up below 315k this week Think it has to be either Dog Days are Over or Dakota, but not sure which.
  21. Looks like no update today either
  22. No Spotify data will almost certainly be helping Gaga
  23. Are they? Chart’s still stuck on Thursday for me
