Ever since the website update, I am unable to post at all on my phone (using Safari browser on iPhone).

When I click on the 'Reply to this topic...' box it opens a text box window with a circle in it which just stays there and never gives me any ability to type.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Watch "Who" get a mystery boost this week to avoid ACR lol Hopefully we should get quite a nice clear out in a couple weeks time.

Back in the Spotify chart having dropped out the last couple of weeks so it's definitely avoiding

Having now done my estimations I agree with gasman that Ordinary and Arm's Length are definitely in this week at the expense of I Always Wanted a Brother and End of Beginning (#23 last year, re-entering this week), which seemed to get a one week boost on Spotify before falling back again. I also think Valerie might be in trouble soon.

Always possible we get a surprise entry again like The Chain last week, which is actually outperforming Go You Own Way on Spotify despite not having charted on audio streaming yet this year - I assume the two songs sales are fairly highly correlated and Go Your Own Way re-entered on audio streaming this week, so I'd predict The Chain to be safe for at least this week.

EDIT: Forgot to add this as I hadn't really been paying attention until this week, but where are Burning Down's sales coming from, it's doing very well given it isn't charting on either Apple or Spotify.

I'm not sure where you are going with this. My point in this thread is 300k people got in the car, bus, train and went to brick and mortar to buy that song. 301k turned on the phone and asked AI (slight overreach on both sides, but you get the drift). Is it really comparable in the artist with 301k streaming gains a reward for over taking a song that 300k actually got out of the house to buy

Not a fair comparison, for a song to achieve 300k sales from streaming it would need to be streamed at absolute minimum 30 million times assuming that all streams were 'premium streams'

  5. The argument for the charts not being 'real' shouldn't be down to streaming itself imo, which is for the most part a fair metric of popularity but ACR which distorts it beyond belief - often the case where songs in the weekly top 40 aren't even in the top 100 of the week when you take out ACR

Ordinary and Arm's Length set to enter this week. The Mufasa one is definitely falling out, not sure what else will go with it

Haven't calculated my estimates for last week yet but I would guess that Djo will go straight back out.

  7. Wow at The Chain, was not on my radar at all as it has not charted on audio streaming yet this year (no idea when it last did tbh).

As alluded to already, it was incredibly unlucky to miss out on the YE list in 2021 as it got pushed out by Merry Christmas Everyone in the last week I believe (unofficially but almost certainly #101 for the year).

Although very unlikely, I would love it to make the year end, one of the best songs of all time imo.

  8. Possibly even 3 of the Top 4, with new peaks for all 3 songs at the expense of one for Chappell.

Seems a stretch imo, Chappell is still doing better on Apple than both luther and All the Stars and I'm pretty sure she'll have a better premium ratio too, would expect her to hang on at #3.

I am starting to feel that Not Like Us staying at #1 next week is increasingly likely too.

  9. No surprises to see Go Your Own Way back for the second time this year (#93 in 2023) and All the Stars (#38 in 2018) also appears.

Ransom has now dropped out on audio streaming so every song to have charted every week there is on the YTD, however Another Love and The Sound of Silence still haven't charted on audio streaming this year.

30 for 30 is the only nailed on entry next week imo, however See You Again or Casual making an appearance wouldn't surprise me either.

NIGHTS LIKE THIS, Constellations and I Always Wanted a Brother are in danger.

  10. Entered this week:

Kendrick Lamar & Sza - All The Stars

    Tate McRae - Sports Car

    Lady Gaga - Abracadabra

Fleetwood Mac - Go Your Own Way

    Left this week:

Artemas - I Like The Way You Kiss Me

KSI featuring Triple Redd - Thick Of It

    Djo - End Of Beginning

Florence And The Machine - You’ve Got The Love

7 out of 8 on my prediction is pretty good. I like the way you kissed me actually dropped out on Spotify last week so probably should’ve seen that coming.

Also you justice for Lefty Gunplay being left out on tv off

  11. Still 120K leave for NLU but it's falling hard all around the world, I think this week it will make it, and maybe the week after for luther as Messy will be on ACR?

Drake keeps falling but Nokia keep increasing WW and in the UK (33 Up 13) also in AM up to 16, so who knows maybe it will blow? That's his only change it looks like from this album.

Surely Pink Pony Club for #1 next week?

  12. Is drake allowed 4 tracks to chart since top 2 have Partynextdoor first ? Third one Drake only ?

I would guess the same rules apply to this that would apply to a film soundtrack for example so only 3 songs are allowed to chart regardless of the lead artist.

If anyone could tell me what a 'Pim' is as that seems to be the lead artist on one of the songs that would be great.

  13. Technically we have 7 songs currently on course to do that with “Stick Season” and “Stargazing” just short! Of course most of them will surely drop off and not achieve it. “Birds Of A Feather” and “Good Luck, Babe!” look in the best position to do it at the moment if anything does - as per your list I don’t think any #2 hits have done it before, though “Cruel Summer” came close!

Heat Waves also came extremely close

  14. Next week I expect to see Sports car, Abracadabra and probably All the Stars too.

End of Beginning, Thick of It and You've Got the Love are in trouble.

Add a re-entry for Go Your Own Way to that list, probably at the expense of NIGHTS LIKE THIS
