  1. Iirc they reset Cruel Summer instead of Is It Over Now? At the start of 2024
  2. Really hope Dakota can make it
  3. Laufey back to #1 on Christmas hits on Spotify Kelly #2 Brenda #3 Mariah #4 Dean Martin #5 Wham! #6
  4. I also like both Running Up That Hill and End of Beginning so am happy to see them in the chart, it’s just frustrating the rules seem to be ignored with the OCC just doing whatever they want in each individual case
  5. OCC follow their own rules regarding resets challenge (impossible)
  6. Golden just doesn’t do as well on Spotify compared to its performance on the OCC charts - see my Spotify YTD on the previous page of this thread which shows it’s not top 10
  7. Just one month of 2025 to go, the Spotify YTD looks like this: "Ordinary" passed "Beautiful Things"'s total from last year this week to move up to fifth in all time yearly totals, it will pass "Someone You Loved" for fourth but will not be able to catch "Espresso", "Stick Season" or "Shape of You" for a top 3 placement. Spotify Wrapped (tomorrow I think) could have some interesting impacts on some of the older hits, but I think "That's So True" is safe at #2, "Pink Pony Club" should pass "Messy" for third however. The bottom half of the top 10 is very close so there could still be some reshuffling there as well as "Man I Need" charging up the rankings. "Golden" continues to lag behind here compared to the OCC list and will not break the top 10 by year end. "Iris" should overtake "Mr. Brightside" to claim top oldie this week. In terms of other oldies in the top 40, "Yellow" has overtaken "Viva la Vida" as the top Coldplay song and "Naive" has entered for the first time ever. A couple of hits at the bottom of the top 40 on the OCC list are struggling a lot more on Spotify - notably "Dior" (#57) and "Blessings" (#90). "Teenage Dirtbag" is still the highest song not on the OCC list at #56. Excluding "Sparks" (#71) and "Let Down" (#89), there are no genuine 2025 hits in the top 100 here not on the OCC list, "Tears" (#117) and "The Subway" (#118) are the highest in this category. As always, any questions please ask :)
  8. Sapphire jumping to #58 surprises me a bit. Am clearly overestimating one of “Austin” or “All the Stars”, which one is at #57 please Also, no new peak for DAISIES?
  9. Can't see any obvious new entries next week - Dakota back for Burning Down me thinks
  10. Climbs again for Stranger Things related songs. End of Beginning is ineligible for a reset but I’m sure the OCC will give it one. I Run is credited to Haven again now too.

Wham! are further behind than I expected but given this doesn’t include yesterday’s Spotify or the 1m they’re gonna do today I still think they’ll take #1
  12. if wham! can be #1 on Spotify even with ACR I think they’ll be #1 officially this week when you consider the power of Amazon during this period
  13. APT will get a boost from Spotify Wrapped this week. Golden will too but would expect APT to benefit more as it’s not as big at the moment
  14. Not sure where that leaves Olivia on all time days at #1 on Spotify but I think she’s done til after Christmas now
  15. I Think We’re Alone Now up 101 spots
  16. Also no. The actual Thursday streams are never counted. The estimated figures are used for everything
  17. https://charts.spotify.com/charts/view/regional-gb-daily/2025-11-28
  18. Can't wait for the OCC to reset Running Up That Hill
  19. I think two more weeks before the Killers pass to be on the safe side

Particularly big losses for Brenda who will miss the Year End list at this rate. A more interesting picture further down with a mixture of gains and losses (unfortunately including a 25% gain for the worst Christmas song of all time).
  21. Sad. Should definitely make it next year tho
  22. Does “So Easy (To Fall in Love)” have any chance at all?
  23. Maestro posted a post in a topic in UK Charts
do we have all time figures for Wonderful Christmastime and the other oldies?
  24. Could be the last day where a Christmas song is not #1. Fairytale of New York doing great considering, well ahead of Jingle Bell Rock and not far behind Ariana and Kelly. Looks like they moved the playlist around again, Bublé’s “Holly Jolly Christmas” is now #1 and Laufey Spotify original at #2.

I could see songs that go to ACR this week getting reset but I think (hope) that Golden has gone a week too early. Man I Need was definitely too early.
