  2. Is AIW on any weeks of decline? I’m sick of it being in the top 10 now.

Can’t say for certain but it increased by approximately 23k on Spotify this week so…

In even better news, Green Green Grass is definitely on 0 weeks of decline as that increase by ~65k on Spotify this weeks

  3. Would like to add the asterisk that Riptide at #31 is only a post-2016 peak.

It’s actual peak is somewhere within the top 10 in 2014.

Kworb’s daily data doesn’t go back far enough but it’s got a weekly peak of #7 and 4 weeks top 10

  4. Not Yeat charting in the UK. Even by the standards of fun mindless trap/'rage' music I find his stuff a little too dumb to get into for the most part  (although 'Rich Minion' was kind of iconic purely for its absurdity)

edit: I forgot that 'Talk' briefly made the top 200 here too (#159 peak, think it only charted for one day) so it's not his first appearance, but some chance 'No morë talk' gives him a first top 100 hit maybe. Not sure if those titles are meant to be linked, I'm sure the Yeat lore runs deep x

Nice to see Gorillaz with a few top 200 entries ('New Gold' also re-entered at #132) but argh 3 songs in the 101-110 range and none in the top 100!

The 'Save Your Tears' remix is also back at #157, looks like that's the first time it has been top 200 for nearly a year? Its history is split in 2 on Kworb so not sure.

Can't wait for Niall to suddenly drop 40 places or whatever later this week :kink:

I think the save your tears remix charted on New Year’s Eve iirc

  5. Pretty big drop for Out of Nowhere there, but nice climb for Escapism's second version

And speaking of random big drops Until I Found You has fallen from #22 down to #65 today and on Global from #8 down to #32

I wonder if it was combined with the original and they’ve uncombined it?

Either that or it got taken off a lot of playlists?

  6. Last year #20 "sold" 810k units, this year only 725k, so I guess it's safe to say that people are moving towards older music more (as the streaming overall isn't decreasing by any means).

The #100 this year sold more than last year’s I believe. So although the top of the market may be decreasing, the overall market is deffo going up

  7. It’s about the age and the fact that it’s already peaked and if it does get reset, for what? A few more weeks in the top 40? This goes to show he’s milking the song. If Bloody Mary gets a reset, that’s fair enough because it hasn’t reached the top 40 at all and same goes with Sure Thing. I don’t mind Tom re-entering as long as he stays on ACR. I’d rather see it in the top 40 on ACR than out the top 40 on SCR

The point is it could get a new or re-peak this week if it is reset
