I did honestly like how he handled the situation with Nikki and her little paddy....He let her calm down before he even let her talk, he did do right there, he will be with another female soon I bet...
I take it you didnt watch the live coverage of the whole incident then, when he screamed in her face for 20 mins non stop(which they didnt show on the highlights). He was a total hypocrit. If he was worried about her taking the beer, how come he adrank it himself, and didnt put it back on the kitchen table?.
He did it delibratly to try to make her look bad, he said as much to Grace later on.

Thats simply not true. as I said before, Westlifes market is mainly thirty something women these days.
Anyway I dont like Westlife, not many on this forum will, but they appeal to a large section of the general public, who arent into music much, and just want something safe and easy to listen to in the background(some exceptions). Fair enough.

Some people(or rather a lot of people in this case) like stuff you dont. Fact.
Personally I think its a far better song than the garbage that IS a lot of todays R&b.
It has a nice chord structure (Am C F E), and is slightly unusual, yet familiar in parts, that is one key to having a successfull song, mixing familiarity with inovation.
I could deconstruct the song further and explain why its so popular, but you'd still hate it, fair enough, but a lot of people dont.

you hit on something there. its called the 'demographic'.
ie there are more people in the 30-55 age group than any others.
so in the sixties and seventies, it was teenagers who were the biggest group. I remember being amazed in the late seventies, at the fact the stranglers drummer was 30!, that seemed really old at the time to be in a new wave band!. now its probably quite young :)
now they have grown up, they have been buying music most of thier lives and now represent a considerable market force.
There are less teenagers around these days, so their contribution is less than it used to be.

Yes. this shows the stupidity of negative voting. If it had been a 'who is your fav' vote, with the lowest number of votes being evicted, Nikki would have been safe. on all polls she was either first or second fav.
BB have managed to get rid of their best value BB hm ever...idiots!
63% of people wanted someone else out. This negative voting always sees the back of the best value hm's and keeps in the boring ones. Its about time BB went over to positive voting(as they do in the final week). ie vote for your fav, and the least votes gets evicted.
