  1. i wonder if the last minute swap impacted this? idk, it does seem a bit odd. #4 on iTunes now - overtaken both of Ed's songs.
  2. i still can't get over Leigh-Anne being 8 months pregnant with twins. i know she didn't move an awful lot but still being able to serve absolute beauty & radiance and obviously be in fittings/make-up/hair and then filming an additional two videos that week is insane. props to Perrie as well obviously but TWINS (and also Leigh had such a small frame, I can't imagine how shredded her lower back was lol)
  3. video was cute, wasn't expecting anything but "looks" since they can't really move a lot - it was a bit handsy though but otherwise cute - not sure why, and i'm probably overestimating them, but the ending bit with the shot of the guy at the fountain was giving foreshadowing teas. his villain origin!
  4. have they ever been added to HHUK on release day? i've always assumed HHUK was updated on a Monday and they were added then..
  5. #3 is quite disappointing lol especially considering they’re bigger than 1 & 2 but oh well - as long as it wasn’t laughably low.
  6. you’re the same person who insisted Zara’s Poster Girl was also going to be a streaming smash after Ruin My Life.
  7. It’s so nice to hear they’re still working on new music?? I’m def convinced their hiatus won’t even be that long, I just think it’ll be an extended break and they’ll be back in 2023 after the tour (I feel like they’ll keep working though on solo stuff)
  8. LSL was filmed in early July - HA was filmed a lot sooner. Leigh isn’t showing *that much* in HA so it would’ve been around May, they filmed in April for Confetti. I think it was Kiss My, LSL & No.
  9. I get *why* they release in November for Christmas sales and I think their team prefer longevity than a #1 but a #1 album looks *so* good. It’s always Christmas albums or legacy albums that beat them. Glory Days was up against two other similar mainstream albums and they decimated them so it really is just these types of acts they can’t compete with 😭
  10. Taylor’s re-releases aren’t massive here. She gets #1 without big numbers. It would probably have been easier for them to contend with Taylor than ABBA’s second week and Ed’s third week. Oh well another #3 album Tbh I think they should bring it forward to the 22nd October. Not sure why they’re putting 3 months between the announcement and GH album release. It’ll linger around for ages so it’s not like they’ll miss on Christmas sales.
  11. this is not doing well on iTunes pre-orders - I get there wasn't an actual lead and outside of a twitter announcement it wasn't doing anything (and also it being a GH w/no lead single yet as opposed to their last albums which have had at least a single out) it's down to like #50~ i think?
  12. sadly down to #4 now, somehow Charli got a #2 placement lol but the ABBA songs are below them (quite a bit actually at #8) I hope it's either #1 or #2 in the UK, a bit scuzzy if Kanye is above them
  13. I'm not so sure - "No" will more than likely be the next single which already had a video, as it was the planned first single - so unless they filmed it back in January/February there will be no heavy choreo. I think between now and possibly the end of the year they'll calm down a bit - Jade is in LA now probs either doing LM7/Solo stuff and Leigh/Perrie are probably just enjoying maternity, I wouldn't expect any kind of massive choreo based video until 2022 (hopefully something they can do at the Brits!) although I do agree LSL is a perfect way to open the era, it's very shout out to my ex teas whereas it's not seen as an amazing song but makes a statement for them. it's classic Little Mix you're right - I believe they're credited as MNEK stated it does sample them (and he said the sample is more obvious than we think which.. being based off another song called LSL is pretty obvious) edit: #3 on NMF for NZ/Aus - Hurricane at #1 seems a bit sus considering it was released last Sunday but!
  14. but I don't think its stepping away too much from that standard - break-up song didn't receive the best reception and look at it now - and for sweet melody, I do believe any attempts at recreating that sound and feel would end up with a lesser song. and I'm well aware people are allowed their own opinions - which is why I gave mine on a pop music forum? the whole point is discussion..
  15. weakest since bounce back is such an overreaction considering how basic no time for tears and holiday were, and let's not forget Kiss My is barely a 5/10 if you're gonna compare it to be megaton songs like sweet melody and break-up song it obviously won't hold up but saying it's their worst since bounce back is a massive overreaction and just not true lol.
  16. Kanye looks to have had a big drop on spotify... does this bode well for Kiss My grappling onto the top 10?
  17. I'm really obsessed with this pre-chorus it's insane
  18. aight I've heard this now - the pre-chorus is easily the stand out but I get what others are saying, I don't think the chorus is horrible but its a bit blare-y and feels a bit disjointed from the actual song, it just needed to be a bit more subdued but it's not the worst thing they've done.. it's like a 7/10- maybe 8/10 cause that pre-chorus and the bridge are *so good*
  19. ffs why isn’t this on my Spotify I have an NZ one 😭
  20. I mean the snippet is low quality and has a shit load of other sounds thrown in..
  21. @1433380325577531396 follow that tiktok link (or go to Little Mix's tik Tok) and there's a snippet! sounds v good
  22. yeah its the general local midnight release - so for aussies and new zealand it will be v soon and my nz spotify is raring to go
  23. single out at normal times video is 10am, this is how they’ve always done it
  24. at least we can say kiss my wasn't on TTH + had no live performances/any live input from little mix or any way to promote properly hehe (although i'm sure it'll outpeak at #12)
