What are their next songs to hit some sort of certification/milestone? Reggaeton Lento needs 60k for 2x Plat, Glory Days needs 21k for 4x Plat, Confett will probs be Silver next week? I wonder when Salute is gonna go platinum, Idk how well it's been selling over the last few years, but 568k after like 7 years isn't the best sign lol Wings is going to be their next million seller, which will be cute.. (I lowkey feel like Sweet Melody would get 340k before Wings get 103k though lmao)

my friend heard the anne-marie collab. it samples the claps from never leave you (leigh's hint was more so referring to the song and not the hook of "uh-oh") he lit only heard the audio, so we have no name + and no word on who is the feature artist and who is lead. it's def gonna be for her album though so i assume they'll use this to launch the album, so i imagine announcement in a couple of weeks since it's being filmed now. the feel of the song is like "ciao adios" which is probably the strongest of anne-marie's songs so it might actually be good!!

Climbing in the US and Australia is amazing!! Not really banking on anything for the US but being so close to the top 50 for Aus is amazing!!

i think they've done it a few times tbh.. Hair's remix debuted at 31 and then climbed to 19 second week, Salute was a gradual climb to its peak without dropping before hand, How Ya Doin had no drops from its debut position to peak position. Same w/Change Your Life, Secret Love Song and Touch as you mentioned. it's been 4 years of songs falling second week since then though after typing that out i realized that u said "when was the last time" oops, but there we go, all songs above are songs that didn't drop second week.

echoing what everyone else said, it's the brand they had built up, however if they could change it without anything changing whatsoever I would support it, I think it's a nice name but tbh no girl group in the UK has ever really had a good name.. Girls Aloud, Sugababes, Spice Girls, Little Mix, The Saturdays.. they all just sound so cheesy, Fifth Harmony too. Destiny's Child is alright as its a bit abstract and not too "GIRL POWER WE'RE GIRLS CAN YOU TELL??" male groups always seem to have better names and overall bands get to have better names too.

tbh i had settled on #15 being its peak, but to see it rebound to the top 10 for their FOURTH single with minimal promo is so amazing for them. I really feel like 2021 is going to be their biggest year since 2016/2017. i wonder if the RSD release of Confetti will help it get back to the top 20/10? if they have enough copies to go and considering that album sales are still low-ish they could easily jump back in for a week or so, especially if the digital version of Confetti gets updated w/the single Confetti mix and maybe HA?

i actually have no idea how my friend got it, but he did and when he tries to play it from his Mac it takes him to Taylor's AM page! So he sent me like the audio file via iMessage, the cover for the single (I think it's the cover? might be fan made?) is like a shot of Taylor in a white jumper with a seagull flying past? It looks like a painting, so I'm leaning towards fanmade but could be the real thing. The final chorus has like a pause before it goes into it with what I think sounds like a gunshot (it's not i'm just sooo bad at describing things) but it's very beautiful and a lot more richer and immersive than the original (Which is already stellar) edit: it's absolutely just a drum sound not a gunshot lol
