My joy at Whatever and Lil Boo Thing disappearing is balanced by disappointment at Benson going already and disgust at Teddy Swims still being on SCR. Criminal that it's outlasted Benson and Djo among others.

Having listened to 9 or 10 of the tracks so far, Fortnight is about the least interesting to my ears. Wouldn't have picked it as the smash.

A brilliant top 3, fitting for such a good rate. My +49 is still in and hope it wins, but any of the top 3 would have been fitting.

9, 8, 7 are a other magnificent run of songs. Like others I'm surprised Mr Bluesky wasn't top 10 at least, I had it pegged as the type of song several people would put in their top 5 and would be at least mid-table for almost everyone else

Getting into the realm of wall-to-wall classics by this point. Weird to think that (unless I missed it earlier) the likes of Little Boots (much as I like the song and voted it highly) is ahead of all of these!

Is there a spinoff forum to transfer things to when these threads descend into endless bickering about the likes of Ed Sheeran, Beyonce, Dua etc? For the sanity of those of us who just want to see how the streaming charts are shaping up!

On reflection, I should have scored Birdhouse In Your Soul a fair bit higher. Didn't know it too well before this rate but it's grown on me.

Nothing overly wrong with Save Tonight but I got sooo bored of hearing it in its first 6 months of release that even now I really have no desire to listen it! Which was enough to earn it my +1 in such a strong final.
