Most of my favourites never made #1 or were just album tracks. Have gone for my top 5 Beatles and top 1 solo.

Many of us probably thought this was the best case scenario. To realise that they'd have still gone to number 1 this week without selling a single physical copy is absolutely astonishing!

Congrats to the top few folk! Coming in the bottom half of the leaderboard having only got 1 question wrong out of 45 pretty much sums up how my quiz season is going 😅. I was only 2% away from getting the "how many full marks" bonus points, which would have made a big difference. Thank you Mango, a great quiz which I'm sure took a lot of effort to put together.

Just listened to Now And Then and, like a lot of people I suspect, I'm surprised how good it is. That'll keep me streaming it for longer than I expected. If lots of people are finding the same thing, it might hold up OK?

Christmas songs totally dominating the charts all December every December is boring enough, for them to start placing at the start of November is incredibly grim. I know it's what people are streaming the most etc etc etc, but the chart being almost completely predictable (and for many people almost unlistenable) for 15% of each calendar year surely could do with something being changed to address it?

If I'm not mistaken, interesting that not a single song from last year's top 10 dropped out, only 2 songs no longer eligible. Buzzjack pretty consistent in what we like!

Overall pleased with the quality of the Top 4 and the top few new entries. Thanks to the hosts, as usual my favourite thread of the year!
