  1. Will the streams still count for the chart? I don't know where the OCC gets their data from, do they just pull it from the daily charts same as us on here?
  2. Will they be reinstated to the Spotify chart once the error is corrected and/or will yesterday's streams count towards the chart even if missing from Spotify's daily chart due to an error?

+5 End Of Beginning +4 Raindance +3 The Fate Of Ophelia +2 Die On This Hill +1 Where Is My Husband -1 I Just Might -2 Man I Need -3 Rein Me In -4 Lush Life -5 So Easy
  4. Haven't looked at this topic for a few weeks... what does bold signify? Thought it might be something to do with climbing orhow recent the release is but I can see exceptions to both! ...wait is it new / re peak?
  5. Cast had some bangers and Sandstorm is up there. Though my favourite came and went in last year's #7 rate (Live The Dream)
  6. We shouldn't overanalyse - part of the fun of this rate is waiting nervously to find out where the guillotine falls!
  7. I like both the new Arctic Monkeys track (more interesting than almost everything on The Car) and the new Harry track (I much preferred when he tried to do something different on album #1 than the poppiness of albums #2 and #3, so I'm here for a return to 5 minute lead singles with slightly odd structure)
  8. New Arctic Monkeys, Olivia Rodrigo, Fontaines etc songs already out or coming out on the new War Child album. Are any of them likely to do anything in the singles?
  9. I love Peaches, it got decent points from me. Love Pulp too but Help The Aged isn't in my top 3 from the This Is Hardcore album. If the rate was based on music videos, Come In To My World would have got points - it's the one where multiple versions of Kylie walk round a crossroads yes?
  10. Placebo's version of RUTH gives it a run for its money! It came close to my points but not close enough. An all time classic intro.
  11. I've no idea which version of Higher State Of Consciousness is which but will always give them points as any version I've heard is great!
  12. Didn't find space for Univited but it's a great song and surprised to see it out this early. Had no idea it's a cover of an Alanis song!
  13. I tried to like this with a heart but it only lets you use a red heart not a blue one...
  14. Catching up with this after a few days away... is there a slight issue with the points here? I gave Bad Day +14 after moving Donna Summer down, so if jim has pointed it too, it should be on more than +14?
  15. ...and also gasman
  16. Fantastic work Julian thank you. And ending on a bombshell - I never realised that's where the Buzzjack favourite term "stan" originates from! Definitely the right winner, a unique and brilliant track
  17. Jona Lewie should have got some points from me, I missed it oops. Loved Gotta Get Thru This when it came out, even more so after he did an alternative version of it live on TOTP which was very rare at the time. I Believe In You is one of four Kylie songs that are an 8/10 or above for me (along with Confide In Me, All The Lovers and Padam Padam)
  18. While I wouldn't rank the 1995 remix so high, it's actually the first version of the song I heard (on Now 32 as a kid I think it was). So for nostalgia reasons I'm going to keep it in, just move it down a few places. Will edit my post now.
  19. Two classics out in quick succession, though I guess each has a bit of an asterisk - one being a (very good) cover version and the other being a reissue
  20. Listened to Bing & Bowie a couple of times over Christmas and realised I should have given it a few more points. A goodun

  22. Exactly this! It was the first Christmas I was really aware of music. Watching the video just there, the other 4 who aren't Ronan barely make a sound 😅 virtually a solo record

  24. Olivia Rodrigo has teamed up with Weezer for a version of Buddy Holly?!
  25. Don't think I've lost a vote yet! Had totally forgotten the Cheeky Girls had several more top 10s after this 🤯
