Great to see Kill v Maim almost hitting the Top 40 (though I'd definitely swap it with Flesh Without Blood as her top track personally!) Impressive consistency for Tilted, I'd like to see it consistently 10 or 20 places higher ideally. Totally agree with DanG about Chandelier. While it's never quite made the very top section of my votes, it's undeniably brilliant and for it to have just the one year scraping into the top 10 feels like we've undervalued it a bit on here.

Excellent 63-62-61 finale to that section. Happy to see Sign Of The Times back up higher where it belongs - easily my favourite song of his. Very much here for Chemical Brothers cracking the top 100. And Ghost is obviously great. Thought Vampire might be a bit higher too.

Disappointed to see Shum fall so sharply as it's brilliant. But taking a step back, still amazing to see it so high overall! I gave a fair chunk of points to What Was I Made For and Trustfall, thought they both might have made it to the Top 50.

Happier Than Ever also gets a good chunk of her vote. Cumulatively across all her songs, she'll do great in this rate. But I'm not sure she has one specific song enough people get behind to actually win it.

Shame Out Of The Woods has finished on a drop, it's in my top 3 favourite Taylor Swift songs. Wow at MGMT, hope that bodes well for some of the indie stuff still to come.

No big losses for me in the first 10. ABBA, Spaceman and Bury A Friend made my minor points places. Glad Greedy didn't get any further, find it very grating.

The voting seemed a bit more mixed this year so could be anyone's. Of the newbies I think Loreen and Kylie will have done well. Fka Twigs is my dark horse for doing better than usual.

Ahh for #19 that was the song I wanted to go for but had no idea who sang it... was there a sample of it used in a more recent dance track? (Or am I thinking of a totally separate song?)

I was also sidetracked by the forest and animals in #2 - had Going Underground in my head almost immediately and glad I stuck with it but all the other stuff going on in the image made me thing there must be more to it than that. On #6 the presence of the birds totally threw me onto the wrong track.
