  1. Let's be honest, a Spice World 2 would bomb financially. Spice World perfectly captures the Spice Girls at their peak. You can't recapture that magic with a sequel 25 years later.
  2. Taking 2 - 3 months out of their schedule to shoot a movie? They can't even commit to a proper world tour haha
  3. This 100%. There's no reason to release new music without touring. Touring is where the money is at.
  4. It was pretty silly of Emma not to tour in the summer of 2004. She left a lot of money on the table by not touring that summer.
  5. Exactly! UMG and the girls should milk the fans with anniversary items since they can't tour. My dream track list for the deluxe edition of Spice would look something like this. Disc 1: Original Album Disc 2: B-Sides, Outtakes, Demos & Remixes 1. Bumper To Bumper 2. Take Me Home 3. One of These Girls 4. Sleigh Ride 5. Baby Come Round 6. Step To Me 7. Feed Your Love 8. Likely Stories 9. Strong Enough 10. Wannabe (Demo) 11. Say You'll Be There (Demo) 12. 2 Become 1 (Demo) 13. Who Do You Think You Are (Demo) 14. Wannabe (Vocal Slam Radio Edit) 15. Say You'll Be There (Junior's 7" Mix) 16. 2 Become 1 (Georgie Porgie Radio Edit) 17. Mama (Biffco Mix) 18. Who Do You Think You Are (Morales Club Mix Radio Edit)
  6. An anniversary edition of Spice with the b-sides along with Feed Your Love & Likely Stories is a no brainer. Let's hope Ms. B-Sides Are B-Sides For A Reason allows this to happen.
  7. Proper greatest hits? As far as greatest hits go, it's a good tracklist. Look up JLO's GH for how not to do a greatest hits.
  8. It's about time they put Step To Me on Spotify.
  9. It's interesting to divide their songs by the best Biffco and Absolute tracks. 1. Spice Up Your Life 2. Wannabe 3. 2 Become 1 4. Saturday Night Divas 5. If U Can't Dance 6. Mama 7. Outer Space Girls 8. Move Over 9. Never Give Up On The Good Times 10. Viva Forever 11. Goodbye 1. Who Do You Think You Are 2. Stop 3. Too Much 4. Do It 5. Denying 6. Something Kinda Funny 7. Naked 8. Last Time Lover 9. Walk of Life 10. Take Me Home 11. The Lady Is A Vamp
  10. They will go down as 90's icons, but not as music legends. Their discography is too small and most think they were a manufactured group who had no input in their music.
  11. At least all 4 girls were involved in the creation of What You Want. Mel C couldn't even be bothered on half of the Darkchild tracks. Mel B didn't show up to record Wasting My Time.
  12. People complaining about What You Want being crap because it "rips off" Five's sound, yet praise the songs on Forever that rips off TLC and Destiny's Child. I can't..............
  13. DVD release in 2021? Hopefully you mean blu-ray or 4K.
  14. The Reason era has some of my favorite Melanie C tracks. I love all of the moody tracks such as Love To You, Living Without You, Home, Wonderland, I Love You Without Trying. I wish more of the album had been in this vein.
  15. I wonder if Image & Likeness and Seven Days are from this Recording session. They are the only registered unreleased songs in which we don't know what era they are from. Image & Likeness only has the 5 girls as writers. Seven Days is written by the 5 girls along with Mark Taylor. Taylor's earliest writing credit is Cher's Believe, which was released in October 1998.
  16. Yeh Yeh Yeh was the obvious first single. It's a no brainer.
  17. Sammy and I can at least agree on one thing, Here It Comes Again is very overrated. It never should have been a single.
  18. Spiceworld was recorded in 2 months (June & July 1997). It was released on November 3 1997. It only took 5 months to release the album after the first recording sessions. The girls started to record Forever at the beginning of August 1999. So they probably could have had the album out in mid December 1999 to cash in on the Christmas sales.
  19. On The Horizon is a bop. If it had been a hit, I highly doubt Melanie would hate it. The music video is awful though.
  20. There is an official radio edit from the promo CD.
  21. The criticism some fans have towards Geri is laughable. These fans are still going to eat up whatever Spice Girls reunion project she's involved in. They're still going to put money in Geri's bank account no matter how many white outfits she wears or if some of her views are conservative now.
  22. Pease explain how these YouTube videos have hurt her image if "no one is watching them". Oxymoron......
  23. By the end of 2001 the girls were underperforming. Their singles were not selling over 100,000 copies. Their albums were not selling past 150,000 copies. It's not surprising Virgin Records were done with the girls in 2002. Melanie C has gone on record saying the record label didn't really care about her anymore during the Reason era due to new people in charge at Virgin Records. The girls and the record label made terrible single choices in 2001, but I don't know if better single choices would have prevented general audiences from solo spice apathy.
  24. First time I'm hearing about the stems being out there for that leaked song. Eliot Kennedy was scammed out of the stems as well as the songs. Wow! FYI the real title of If It's Lovin On Your Mind is What You Want. It's registered on ASCAP and BMI. https://www.ascap.com/repertory#/ace/search/workID/907727844
  25. I really hope we get Feed Your Love and Likely Stories this year. They are the most well known unreleased tracks after Woman. Biff has posted on Instagram in the past it's the song that got away. Likely Stories was registered in November 2020 by Biff's new publisher, Concord Sounds. I also hope they official release the demo of Wannabe. In hindsight it's weird they didn't release it on the Stop single as a b-side. Many fans would have recognized the demo as it was used in the Spice World movie. I also hope they release the demo of Say You'll Be There so we can listen to the full version of Mel B's rap in HQ.
