  1. Melanie C said in a fan interview Spice Is Back is in the same vein as Wannabe and Spice Up Your Life. Melanie talks about two of the unreleased greatest hits tracks at the 9:15 mark.
  2. I really love the idea of releasing "The Lost Pop Album". It would add another album to their discography. Unfortunately, I don't see the girls approving this idea. The girls are very protective of their legacy. Likely Stories wasn't released on Spice 25 because it got vetoed. The Forever pop tracks will be judged less harshly if they are released on Forever 25 as outtakes. Marketing these songs as a lost album will cause them to be compared with Spice and Spiceworld. Melanie C and Biff talked about fans critiquing unreleased songs in their Q&A video.
  3. Saturday has the same writers as Saturday Night Divas. Biff and Matt Rowe. I couldn't find any social media for Phil Tryeman. Would be great if he was able to provide us with some information on the tracks.
  4. Saturday was registered on ASCAP before 2007. It's not a GH song. More than likely it's the original title for Saturday Night Divas. Get Out Of Your Head and Thank You are 2007 Spice Girls songs that were listed on Phil Tyreman's website. He is a music engineer. His official website is no longer active. Here are some screenshots of his website on the way back machine. The songs are listed on the first link http://web.archive.org/web/20160127102121/...om/credits.html http://web.archive.org/web/20080421072042/...r_Engineer.html
  5. Even if Melanie C wanted to be brutally honest about the other girls, she can't be. Die hard Spice Girls fans is the only demographic left interested in her solo career.
  6. This! The design really doesn't matter. The content they are going to release matters. Hopefully there is at least one good outtake in the archives from the Spiceworld sessions.
  7. Blondie showing how it's done. https://shop.blondie.net/against-the-odds-1974-1982 Blondie have announced details of their long-delayed box set, Blondie: Against The Odds 1974-1982. The box features 124 tracks – 36 of which are previously unissued – as well as two volumes of liner notes (by Uncut contributor Erin Osmon), track by track commentary, an illustrated discography and dozens of previously unpublished photos. The music has been remastered from the original analog tapes, vinyl cut at Abbey Road Studios. It’s available on Deluxe 4LP, Deluxe 8CD and 3CD Editions as well as a Super Deluxe Collectors’ Edition (10xLP, 1×7”, 1×10” in Red, White, and Black vinyl formats). https://www.uncut.co.uk/news/blondie-announ...74-1982-138766/
  8. That tour footage is amazing. I would love to hear Geri's unreleased tracks from Disco Sister. That would be very nice to share some rare things with fans.
  9. Pain Proof is great. It's the closet thing they have to a rock song. I agree with what you said about Forever should have had different genres on it. Forever comes across as bland because all the songs sound the same.
  10. Same here. I remember watching that concert on Fox Kids channel. I was so disappointed that Step To Me wasn't on Spiceworld. Their performance of the song on TGIF Friday in May 1998 is really great. The girls sound fantastic with a more rock sound. I believe the group had much more to offer, but I guess it wasn't meant to be.
  11. I wonder if we'll get Step To Me on streaming platforms at the end of July. Would be a great way to kick off the Spiceworld 25 campaign.
  12. It would be nice to finally get that 1998 live album, but are live albums even a thing anymore? They could easily package it with Spiceworld 25 CDs. I hope there are some nice surprises with Spiceworld 25, but I'm not gonna hold my breath. Spice 25 left a lot to be desired.
  13. If we get one never before heard unreleased track, Say You'll Be There movie version and Step To Me; I'll be a happy camper. I do wonder if any remixes were commissioned for Never Give Up On The Good Times. Would be nice to get a new remix of any kind.
  14. I agree with everything you said. Most fans want to hear all of the unreleased tracks because they were recorded in the 90's. If some hardcore fans judge a demo too harshly then that's on them.
  15. Biff has said on Popjustice forums and on the Melanie C Q&A video that this is why he's afraid to release the Forever sessions he did. It's a stupid excuse. I find it hard to believe him and girls truly care what a few dozen hardcore fans think online. The girls have never tried to properly write and record a comeback single. Headlines and Voodoo were created because the record label wanted to market the greatest hits with two new songs instead of including album outtakes.
  16. If they do a new documentary it should mostly focus on the music and not the drama. The majority of people think they were a manufactured group that didn't write their own material.
  17. From what I remember that orange fan posted a screenshot of his phone with that title and track list.
  18. All of the Biff songs from these sessions are A+ Hustler Flow Be With You I Should've Known Better Bittersweet Give It All Away All of these tracks are much better than Headlines and Voodoo. It's a shame none of these songs were repurposed into Spice Girls songs for the greatest hits.
  19. Streaming is the how the majority of people consume music these days. Physical sales are a niche market. It ain't 1999 anymore. Let's be honest, without the individual vinyl covers this entire project would have been a flop. Some of you ain't ready to have that conversation.
  20. This shows the girls don't have much of a die hard fan base in the U.S. who will buy anything they release. Or it shows the die hard fans in the U.S. didn't know about the release due to lack of promotion. Either way it's disappointing Spice 25 didnt chart in the U.S.
  21. Spice 25 did not crack the Billboard 200 albums chart. THE main album chart in the U.S. That's not good.
  22. The actual title of C U Next Tuesday is Likely Stories. I bet the song is much more tame than we're thinking. Remember how we all thought Feed Your Love was going to be very filthy? It was much more tame then we expected.
  23. Mel C is probably thankful fans are more interested in C U Next Tuesday right now rather than Woman.
  24. Watch them use Step To Me as the unreleased song for Spiceworld 25.
  25. Spice 25 outsold Melanie C by 533 copies. Your point has no merit.
