So the only single to date denied a peak of #1 because of the ACR rule is “All I Want for Christmas Is You”!!

I’m not sure Frank Skinner should be included here because “Baddiel & Skinner” are a chart act IMO - so he cannot he treated as a solo act. Otherwise individuals who participate within groups could be included - not just Ian Broudie but John Craven who was 74 when the Children in Need “Wake Me Up” song reached #1
