Echoing the disappointment that it might not be Vinny who is the dad. I really liked the friendship between Vinny, Penny (who I don't usually like that much), Gina and Harry and with them all hanging out and stuff. Guessing this is going to put shot to that. I've read a spoiler about Zack and how he is going to deal with his money issues, but I'm not convinced it's true. I won't spoil it here though.

I wonder if, when it gets to it, that they will repeat the flash-forward episode? So you have the events leading up to it, and then show the episode again, and then carry on afterwards. Otherwise it just doesn't make sense to anyone who doesn't remember and had never seen that episode. I guess they can then always edit out or change the bits they what creative licence with?
  3. Without doubt my fave Katy Perry song of them all. Brilliant track
  4. You could always just stop it when it gets to the talking bit (as it's at the end) 😉
  5. Radio 1 do not stop playing this. Heard it so many times over the weekend. It's really good and one of Louis' best of his solo career. Deserved to smash, to be honest.
  6. That video is so flipping good!! Wasn't keen on the song when first heard it, but the video makes it so much better. Echoing the view that the speaking part isn't needed on the "radio edit" so they really should get one of those out there.

I've also read that Billy, Honey, Will and Janet have been "on an extended holiday" since mid-February and Bea said they are "coming back tomorrow"... ...but Will was shown videoing Nugget having a seizure a couple of weeks ago.

Here to see how high Into The Groove is, but I'm guessing "not very"!

You baked a cake, but it doesn't make you Mr Kipling! Cackled!

Way to go to the writer who remembered Oscar likes blokes too and gave him Mark to lust over for an episode!!
  11. Have now listened to this album several times and really enjoying it. Although Aperture remains a firm fave, I think that's more about the familiarity of the song more than anything else and one of the others will definitely take it's place, I'm sure. American Girls, Ready Steady Go and Pop are probably the most commercial here, but I am really liking Dance No More (maybe the only actual disco song here) Season 2 Weight Loss (quite the curve ball, but addictive) and Taste Back. Paint By Numbers is without doubt the low point. I'm also not crazy about Coming Up Roses (I'm not a ballad kinda guy) and Are You Listening Yet (which is just not clicking). I'm a Harry fan, but not a stan, so would be quite happy to say if I thought this was a bad album, but it really is not. It's definitely a step off the trodden path, but it's not so far removed from his other stuff to be offensive. Genuinely a no-skip album (depending on my mood with PBN and CUR) and a very solid 4 out of 5 for me.
  12. 45 years ago today - 11th March 1981 - Bobby and Mike ripped Cheryl and Jay's skirts off on A Song For Europe and Bucks Fizz arrived!!

It's so exciting to see Madonna coming back with new music, especially when we have been promised so much with the Confessions Pt2 thing. Big music video will secure a decent amount of media interest as well. So I really hope it's not too sexual. Not because I am an old prude, but because I think it would be good for her not to go in that direction. She's gonna get the hate anyway, I suppose.

Oh that episode was not it. The scenes in the woods were embarrassing. I like Ravi and Priya is so good, but it's just bad TV at the moment. And Max banging on Lauren's door enough to wake the dead. Obviously no concern for his sleeping grandchildren upstairs.
  15. Sandstorm by Darude is one of the best songs of all time... and that's nothing but music. You know... just because I can.
  16. I don't know why this Noah song is being slept on a bit. It's so good and deserves more than one week at #10
  17. Just looking at the results here... Wasn't "Amazing" the song the record company wanted as Single 4? And there it is in last place!
  18. HELL... YES!!!!!!!!!
  19. When you're also a Harry Styles fan and you kind of don't want his album to drop as it'll probably stop Into The Groove from keeping on climbing!

I was in tears watching tonight's episode and I'm not keen on Nigel or Julie as characters, but it was heartbreaking. The actress who plays Julie is so good. I'd like them to show Nigel settled at the home in a few weeks and hope they don't leave it that he is unhappy there.
  21. This is SOOOOO Eurovision!! It's exactly like some random track half way through from a country you've only ever heard of at Eurovision. Going against the grain... listened twice and I like it. Starts very 80s, moves into 90s a bit. Quirky lyrics with a chant along bit. Verging on so bad it's good... and I understand why people can so see it coming last place. But it's such a curveball for us to send this.

Any idea if Twenty One Pilots sneaked back into Top 40 please? (Probably not, but thought I'd ask)
  23. Oh my giddy-bum!! Now all we need to figure out is the OCC reset. If it's increased by 25% But it's older than 3 years It's not properly being re-promoted or been on a telly programme And will the label ask for a reset But if so... surely she's coming for a possible chart re-entry this Friday?
  24. So exciting to see the Into The Groove revival. Even though it appears to be UK only, I wonder if Madonna will acknowledge it herself (like she did with Thief of Hearts)?

Was kinda hoping Twenty One Pilots might do enough for a second week Top 40, but they're already down to #42. Drag Path has reclimbed on Spotify so maybe it will U-turn as the week goes on 🤞
