  1. This keeps coming up on my For You page on TikTok. It sounds like a really strong song.
  2. I like that we get bigger pictures of the sleeves now, so all good.

I noticed one thing on the live episode and have seen it since on TikTok. I'm sure it was just the camera angle or something... But... Did anyone else notice Lauren smell Sonia's knickers after Bianca threw them to her?

So sad Martin has been killed off. Genuinely one of my favourite characters. It all played out so very well. I voted Ravi 😞 I believe they filmed scenes for Denise picking either of them so they will just air the Jack scenes and scrap the others. I'm sure people voted Jack just because they want Ravi with Priya.

    ANGIE WATTS!! My jaw dropped!!!

Oh and the documentary was really good. Loved seeing Anita Dobson and the reaction from the current cast when she walked into the Queen Vic. They were queuing up to have a photo with Angie Watts!!

Whoever it is needs access to the Beale house and to be standing/sitting there dangling a necklace as Cindy walks in... So I don't think it's Kojo as I don't think he would break in to the house and then stick around.
  8. I do really like her version of American Pie. It was my karaoke song for a while. She seems to perform it with such ease, and the video is a good watch as well. I think it's one of her least remembered No.1s and of course it was left off Music as well.
  9. Je Ne Sais Pas... is a really good Kylie song and backed with Made In Heaven was a good move for another big hit. I like the video too with a little bit of acting at the start
  10. Yeah, that promo video really isn't it. Bedtime Stories was supposed to be a softer side of her after the rawness of Erotica.
  11. Happy to see the PARTYNEXTDOOR and Drake tracks falling away quickly, but didn't expect Busy Woman to be doing the same. Nice little rebound there for Abracadabra :)
  12. A Little Respect is probably the most enduring Erasure single. Love Orinoco Flow as well. Always disliked Don't Worry Be Happy and time has not changed that. The sentiment is lovely, but the song is just irritating.
  13. #27 on the Big Top 40. Listening to it as I type.

EastEnders Weakest Link was on last night - Rocky, Lola, Howie, Linda, Sonia, Callum, Harvey and Karen. It was actually a good watch. Kellie Bright's laugh is infectious! Ian, Cindy, Ann and Junior (I think) were on Bridge of Lies with Ross Kemp just before, but I only caught the end of it. Good to see the actors getting to do so much in the lead up to the 40th.
  15. I had a listen to this yesterday and it's a decent track. Deserves to be a moderate hit at least.
  16. This is exciting, but I am hoping it's not just vinyl and it ends up on streaming as well so those of us who haven't bought into the vinyl resurrection can listen too. I wonder if this is instead of the reissues she was going to do. Extra stuff like this is what I expected to be extra on those, so releasing it stand alone is a different move to what I expected. Or... It's vinyl for now and then they'll get included on CDs at a later date with the reissues?

This entered the charts at #17, but was #4 in Sales, so unsurprisingly streaming let him down. I had a listen to it this morning and it's not a bad album. When We Kiss is the best track, but I think that could be rivalled with extra listens of some of the other tracks. It's a bit of a shame this album will probably disappear next week and will be largely forgotten.
  18. Isn't Domino Dancing also where Neil Tennant said their "imperial phase" was over and they wouldn't be a No 1 achieving act in the UK either? I think it's good he recognised that (no doubt from his years in music journalism seeing acts come and go and get desperate).
  19. Surely it's time for Like a Virgin to go now please
  20. Ah, I assumed he was the PWL Tea Boy who got a deal with them, so didn't know he was on RCA. I seem to remember the exhaustion thing back then so can see how that led to him doing it his own way.
  21. I'm really surprised that Nothing Can Divide Us was "rejected" by Rick Astley. I didn't think he would've had a choice as to which songs he recorded, which made the album and which were singles. I would just think that PWL would decide everything and he would be the singing puppet. I guess after the success of his first album, he did get a say.
  22. Surely Richard Ashcroft has to go this time??!!
  23. This is okay. Not brilliant but not terrible. It reminds me a bit of the song that is sampled in Troye Sivan's Got Me Started. I did find myself humming it in the shower this morning after a listen.
  24. I'm voting Shallow... Which I doubt will leave any time soon.
