  1. Oh @Suedehead2 . Thank you for 7 points, which is my highest so far. Briefly put me back in the Top 20.
  2. That's okay. It would appear I wouldn't have done much better with it anyway!! 😂
  3. Genuinely love I Don't Want To Wait, having listened to it every Sunday morning on the iconic Dawson's Creek. To the point that I tried to submit it myself, but was beaten to it. Thought it would be a winning contender, and shocked it's not doing so well. Cicero was a worthy 10! pointer for me. Think I bought it... Definitely bought his hit. 2wo Third3 are doing very "UK Eurovision" here, but they still have more points than I expected. Was waiting for a Nil Points.
  4. Pretty good, huh? I think she sang Plastic Box second and it was cut from the broadcast as there seemed to be a specific time when she was talking where it was edited. I know they look for the crowd pleasers but I would rather have seen IT Girl that the LM medley. Angel was great, as always.
  5. I assumed there would be an obvious firm favourite, but maybe not? 🤔
  6. 😞 at the drop for Twenty One Pilots, but I guess not unexpected for the second full day. I'm not expecting it to stabilise, but we'll see how it goes.
  7. I was going to mention the empty seats and empty spaces. Are people still coming in. If so, I hope Jade doesn't come on just yet so she doesn't need to see the gaps
  8. Do you think this guy is going to keep going until 4pm?
  9. Just had a first listen to this. I can see how Raye would want to do this song as it's very much in the style of what she likes doing, but I expected it to be a little more uptempo and have a bit more oomph. Not a bad track, but not expecting it to set the charts on fire.
  10. Although Jason Donovan is my favourite of the latest three, he really was just the pretty male face of Neighbours who could hold a tune and was dating Kylie. He had a couple or so decent songs but some bad ones too and it wasn't surprising the heady days of his pop career didn't last a huge amount of time.
  11. Although I love Harry's music the most out of the solo careers, Sushi isn't one of his best, so voted that
  12. I guess it would be obvious who I voted, but Twenty One Pilots. Cracking song to lead the next album
  13. Akon for me
  14. I think Overcompensate was just inside the Top 20 on First Look, so thinking The Contract could do that too. If it stays Top 40 it would be only their fourth ever to do so. 🤞
  15. I would have thought a-ha would be higher. Take on Me and Sun Always Shines being their very best. Love of the Common People the best Paul Young song
  16. Is it just me, or is anyone else not getting any results when the click on the "unread content/latest posts" button? It's only been today.
  17. Twenty One Pilots at #33. Not sure if Overcompensate (lead of their last album) got that high. Promising start, even if it nose-dives from here.
  18. ChrisJK posted a post in a topic in Television
Most of the "big returns" mean nothing to me, as I never watched it for years and years and only started about 3 years ago. I can see why George left. Keeping in contact with and sloping off to see your exes whilst lying about where you have been is bad, but cheating is something else. Couples rarely last in EastEnders after one of them has cheated, though they often get back together years down the line. The Tommy/Joel storyline is a brave subject for EastEnders to run with. Think there's going to be some uncomfortable viewing ahead.
  19. Linkin Park. I did think about Mama Told Me..., but let's keep with the one I have voted all along
  20. Sticking with U2, I think
  21. Thank you. 😁
  22. I have to say that I had no expectations of Twenty One Pilots being even Top 200 today after it's 5pm release. Well impressed and happy. Does anyone know where/if it appeared on NMF today?
  23. I liked a lot of Howard Jones' songs - New Song especially. I used to have a friend who was a fan and years after he stopped being chart successful she used to write to his mother and get replies. I think the mother must have run his fan club or something.
  24. I think you speak for everyone when you say this.
