My...Tuppence!!

On repeat I can't lie. Can I migrate to the universe where this is on track to enter at #1?

Its a BOP

Is it bad that I think the last 30 seconds completely blows the rest of the song out of the water. Maybe i'm just too in love with the original and it'll grow on me but I don't think it's that epic until it gets to the breakdown. Hope it smashes regardless.

Hopefully Charli/Ariana for #1!

Ariana on Sympathy Is A Knife hopefully means its going to be pushed and have its hugely deserved moment.

She is right to stick the boot in and stick with her principles rather than blindly following the leadership. Given what she seems to be best known for I doubt I will agree with all of her principles but no hate to her for taking a stand and not being a yes man.

Hopefully a top 40 for Kylie

Such a shame Born Slippy couldn't quite make it to #1. :(

oh for FOOKS sake!

There was actually a period in this year where things were actually quite rapid and fun to watch on the chart. Big releases from Beyonce, Taylor, Kanye, Ariana, Sabrina, Djo, Hozier, Posty, Eminem etc... debuting very high or hurtling up the chart in a couple of weeks. I think we actually reached a point where there was only one song in the top 10 that had been on the chart for more than 10 weeks or something and the likes of Too Sweet and I Like The Way You Kiss Me were going to ACR at exactly the right time. It didn't last very long unfortunately. We are now back to the the tedium that is largely unavoidable in the streaming era.

Amy

Super bratty. My song is Von dutch.

I believe the song that had made the biggest gain on the previous week would be awarded the highest position. At least that's the reason that was always quoted for The Joker getting to #1 over Groove Is In The Heart before it became apparent that the former had actually outsold the latter by something like 8 copies.

Gahhh ACR barely ever works as intended I stg.

Amazing as it would be I don't think it will be as big as Guess, i'm keeping everything crossed for a top 10 though.
