The Hozier track is clearly not behaving like a flash in the pan hit lmao. The Taylor songs are actually far more likely to peak immediately by her past record although that’s obviously not a given.

Great #1 from the Jam and Echo Beach is also a brilliant track.

I'm sure the lead Taylor single will perform more like Anti-Hero than any of the re-releases given it's brand new material. It will debut at #1 for sure. The thing about her releases is sales do tend to peak in the first week though so if Hozier (or insert contender here) is pulling very strong numbers it could only stay there the one week.

I think Eat Your Young would have done a bit better if released now. The charts feel a bit more accessible to that style of music right now. Incredible for Too Sweet though. Hozier absolutely deserves a #1 and this is such a bop.

Fantastic for Hozier & Artemas. Looking like a battle between them for #1 next week, I hope they both get a turn as both are brilliant tracks.

I was literally coming to post this in this thread, was going to post it in an earlier one before realising it had charted here in 2007. There's a memory attached here as my grandparents took us on holiday to Majorca in 2005 and me and one of my cousins became obsessed with this playing all the time at the kids holiday club disco and were literally singing it all the way home lmao. :lol: This is like a Mandela effect cos I had no knowledge of it charting in the UK until I went to post it it in one of these threads but I swear it was released here in '05 a few weeks after we came back from holiday and my cousin got it on CD.
