Taylor herself? 'Lover (Live From Paris)' logged no sales after falling from #1, although strictly speaking it wasn't a second week fall. Robbie Williams had a 95.75% drop from #1 with 'Better Man'.
  2. Lmao I was coming here to post this exact sentence! BBCBBC One - Strictly Come Dancing, Series 23, Week 4 ResultsOur couples wait to find out if they’ve secured a place in icons week.
  3. The rest of the band can make up for lost profits.
  4. #8 is on 2,456 so far, presumably Madonna has at least cleared 2k at #12.
  5. Listened to the album today and there’s no glaringly obvious choice for last place for me! I settled with ‘Amazing’, I think it’s very catchy but probably the “fluffiest” of songs whereas everything else feels like they bring something unique and earn their place (other than ‘American Pie’ I guess but I do really like Madonna’s version). I do think ‘Amazing’ should have been a double single with ‘Impressive Instant’ though.
  6. #12 in the update. Think it might have been #8 in the first update back in June.
  7. Update total for 'Disco' as of w/e 2nd October 2025: 191,952 That's 11,731 chart sales in 104 weeks, averaging 113 a week. It was averaging around 200 in 2023 when Kylie was actively performing.
  8. No lie, 'Maybe' is one of my all time favourite pop songs! I have such strong nostalgic ties to the song and it evokes them childhood feelings whenever I hear it. What I love most about the song is that I always think it's about to end, then it cuts to another verse and chorus! Love the two TOTP performances she did for the song too. Emma is so damn sexy and I love the styling and the choreography.
  9. I imagine it will return to the Top 40 with ease - the CD pre-order was doing well on Amazon from what I saw and is Top 20 on their chart now. Whether it re-peaks is another question, but it would be nice if it got a Top 20 placing.
  10. In terms of Nick Cave’s chart career, it was by far his best charting so in that respect it did really well (although two songs have outsold it since).
  11. Just noticed it's already at #10 on her current popular songs list on Spotify! Can't remember what was there before, might have been 'All the Lovers'.
  12. That's true. I think the label can request a crediting if they so wished, even if the song had charted before like in this instance, but they might not bother with it being a remix rather than pushed as a single.
  13. Thanks! I was going to search to see if there was any 2016 copies available because I really want 'Bedtime Stories' on vinyl, but I'm put out by how much the silver vinyl clashes with the general aesthetic! I've seen some people are hopeful we will still be getting proper deluxe albums in the future and these mini collections are just to tie us over (hence why the most sought-for material like 'Something's Coming Over Me' or the 2Pac collab aren't here) but I don't know if that's just wishful thinking. Strange that 'Ray of Light' didn't get a vinyl re-release or 2-disc CD release with 'Veronica Electronica'.
  14. #38 in the Sunday update but no Kylie credit as expected. It's 'Starstruck' all over again!
  15. What colour was the 2016 vinyl - was it just black? I really don't know why they opted for silver with this new edition when pink or turquoise would have been soooo more appealing.
  16. I'm quite addicted to 'I Wanna See You Cry'! I really want to know what was going on with her team in 2014 when they were deciding on the final tracking list for 'Kiss Me Once'. I think it's an even bigger missed opportunity than 'X'! At least the best of the songs that were left off the album were released in the form of B-sides.
  17. To be fair, I only know because I typed "Kylie David Guetta" into YouTube! Quite typical that Kylie would have a song with an artist just before they blew up big time. I still think it's a shame she never worked with Calvin Harris again after he soared into mega stardom in 2011.
  18. What's everyone's thoughts on 'Right On Time'? I like it! I can see why it was left off the album because a lot of those songs are stronger/have more to say lyrically, but there's some really catchy melodies here.
  19. Daniel O'Donnell being as low as #92 is surprising given he was consistently Top 40 for years, often Top 10. I'm guessing supermarkets no long stocking CDs must have had a really big effect on his career.
  20. This is probably my favourite of the new remixes! I didn’t realise Sugababes had a song with William Orbit which this song samples. It’s not on Spotify and I can’t find it on YouTube either.
  21. ^ this is what I wrote about ‘Where the Wild Roses Grow’ in May this year. I reckon we could see a silver certification before the year is out.
  22. He has remixed one of her songs: But I’ve not heard anything about them working together on anything original.
  23. Wait this isn't actually that bad?
