Just looking further at the vinyl arrangement of ‘Light Years’… I would rather ‘Please Stay’ drop to Side 3 and ‘I’m So High’ drop to Side 4. ‘Bittersweet Goodbye’ needs ‘Please Stay’ next to it for it to feel remotely at home on this album; to open Side 3 with it is… a choice. Or just take ‘Bittersweet Goodbye’ off completely and have the album as just one vinyl!

I think red would have been more apt, but I guess I should appreciate the effort. Maybe they’re counting on ‘X’ being most in demand and doing what they can to secure a decent chart position.

Blue? Why? 😂 Also, not Side D of ‘Light Years’ including just two tracks!! @-Jay-

Fingers crossed! In the meantime, here are some estimates: Light Years: 519,100 X: 481,700 Aphrodite: 350,400 Kiss Me Once: 98,700 'Kiss Me Once' should finally get a Gold certification with this vinyl release!

1) Hey Boy Hey Girl 2) Galvanize 3) Go 4) Setting Sun 5) Star Guitar 6) Block Rockin' Beats 7) Let Forever Be 8) It Began in Afrika First time hearing 'Star Guitar' - I like a lot! Could easily take fourth place although the Top 3 feels pretty secure. The Top 2 in particular are two of the best in dance music.

Will be interesting to see which one will place the highest. 'X' seems the most sought-after by fans but 'Light Years' is regarded as her best of the four. I'm going to say X - Light Years - Aphrodite - Kiss Me Once with the first three making the Top 100 but 'Kiss Me Once' just missing out (like what happened with the 2015 PWL reissues).

Released 7th August though! Suppose it gives me time to save up.

Honestly such a bugbare of mine having to flip the vinyl after just three tracks!

Planning to have a night in with my friend Thursday night to binge watch as I’m out Wednesday, so I’ll be trying my best to avoid any spoilers! Also tempted to not listen to ‘Light Up’ straight away so I can hear it first in the context of the documentary.

It does say “be right back” when you go on Kylie’s official store so hopefully something is coming! Might be related to these reissues or physicals for ‘Light Up’.

I’m gutted there’s no ‘Sleeping with the Enemy’ on ‘Kiss Me Once’ - it’s one of my all time favourites! Was the deluxe available on vinyl back in 2014? Would have been nice to have some coloured vinyl as well but I can live with it. Also holding out hope that we might still get a 20th anniversary release for ‘X’ next year - surely Kylie or her team at least are aware of how much demand there is for bonus material from this era to be available physically.

There’s not the usual teasing but I imagine they’re counting on the impact of the documentary to promote it. Intrigued to hear it - I think the 'Tension' era comparisons have made people think of a song similar to 'Padam Padam', but I'm thinking it'll be more on the lines of 'Story'. It's going to be an emotional song, meaningful to Kylie's career, going by what Kylie has said about it, plus it's written by Chris Martin.

Still 200k up week-on-week! Can’t wait for those 1m+ updates.
