  1. Thanks for reminding this interview, Tess. Not much time to listen the guys more attentively but really really want. They do an amazing work for sure, love them for this.
  2. Waiting for his new album. I liked both first solo LPs.
  3. Perfect new cover of Angels.
  4. Also sure it's a new original song
  5. Tess is right, very good choice of songs! Happy for Something Beautiful :) Robbie WilliamsRadio 2's Piano Room Welcoming a true icon of British music, Robbie Williams entertains us with old favourite ‘Something Beautiful’, new song ‘Human’, and a cover of the 80s TV theme from Minder ‘I Could Be So Good For You’, all alongside the BBC Concert Orchestra and Conductor/Arranger Adam Dennis, in the Radio 2 Piano Room.
  6. It was fast work :) It's better than Be A Boy video but it's not Strong. I think would be better to make a live video but with a studio voice.
  7. I think his father still loves Robbie and what he has reached. Due the fact the original Albert Hall thing was without Pete but Michael and Robbie have decided to implement Pete there means all is good and fine between Rob and Pete and Rob thinks his father took a big part of this success too. Hope Pete's health will be better
  8. Robbie Williams film lead is a Better Man for new biopic short by Chris Newbould July 25, 2025 Manchester animation and video production company BWS has unveiled its latest original short, The Man Behind the Monkey, starring acclaimed British actor Jonno Davies – fresh from his internationally lauded role as Robbie Williams in the Robbie Williams biopic Better Man. Davies’ performance in Better Man has already broken new ground: He was awarded Best Lead Actor in Film at the Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts (AACTA) Awards, making him the first actor in the award’s 67-year history to win for a motion-capture role. Inspired by the emotional depth of that performance, BWS founder Ben Wild approached Davies to create a more intimate, narrative-led film exploring the craft and vulnerability of the actor himself. The result is The Man Behind the Monkey, a stripped-back, character-focused short offering a glimpse beyond the spotlight into the personal process of transformation. BWS founder Wild said: “Jonno’s performance in ‘Better Man’ is nothing short of mesmerising. As soon as I saw it, I knew I wanted to collaborate. ‘The Man Behind the Monkey’ strips away the gloss and invites audiences to meet the artist — raw, honest, and real.” Reflecting on the collaboration, Davies said: “When Ben contacted me, I was instantly drawn to the idea. It wasn’t about flashy sets — it was about storytelling at its most human. I was really impressed with BWS’s visual storytelling — they’re always finding fresh ways to bring ideas to life. This project gave me space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with why I love acting.” Best known for standout roles in Kingsman: The Secret Service, Hunters (Amazon Prime), and his breakout performance as Alex Delarge in A Clockwork Orange on stage, Davies is widely regarded as one of the UK’s most exciting acting talents, with a growing international following. BWS has built an impressive portfolio, producing creative work for brands including the Premier League, CBBC, New Balance, and Amazon Prime. With The Man Behind the Monkey, the studio adds to its growing slate of original content that blends craft, emotion, and visual innovation. The Man Behind the Monkey is available to watch now exclusively via BWS YouTube Channel. Better Man is also available to watch now on Amazon Prime, and speaking as someone that isn’t a massive fan of boy bands but did used to be a film critic, it’s actually rather good. https://www.prolificnorth.co.uk/news/robbie-williams-film-lead-is-a-better-man-for-new-biopic-short/

  15. A return to the scene between emotion and irony Thursday 17 July, at the Nereo Rocco stadium in Trieste, Robbie Williams held the only Italian stage of his Britpop Tour 2025an event that has been breathing enthusiasm for days: 28,000 tickets sold in Italy and abroad, files at dawn to the entrances, shuttles and extraordinary trains prepared to guarantee the influx of the public. Organized as part of the review Go! 2025 & Friends And the result of the synergy between Fvg Music Live, VignaPr, PromoturismoFVG and the Municipality, the live has proved to be one of the most memorable appointments of the Trieste summer. A ladder that recalls the emotions of a generationThe concert retraced the salient moments of Robbie’s career: from Angels to Rock DJpassing through Feel and ironic interludes from the sailed entertainer. The artist alternated energy and irony, personal confessions and family memories, transforming each song into a living story. His voice, still powerful and recognizable, filled the square with a scenic presence that remains magnetic, capable of keeping the audience in hand even in the lightest moments. It’s Great To Be a Cat: the song protagonist of web and televisionAround the Trieste event, however, another success also refers: It’s Great To Be a Catsong made in collaboration with Felix – the Cats of Cats of Cats of Nestlé Purina Petcare Europe – released as a soundtrack of the new “Cattitude” campaign. From May 18, the song accompanies an animated and ironic spot, in which Robbie is the protagonist in a feline universe that celebrates “the freedom to be oneself”. Free, independent, irresistible: the cat becomes a symbol of a way of living beyond social clichés. “I am clearly my guide animal,” said Williams, underlining how his cats are an authentic source of inspiration for him. The synergy between Robbie and Felix is not limited to the spot: the brand is officially sponsor of the European tour 2025. A natural encounter between two different universes but related: the voice of a performer and the irreverent charm of the animal universe. Luca Cavaller of Purina Italia has defined the project “a tribute to uniqueness, an invitation to live with irony, security and freedom”. 16. Luke Millar: Wētā FX Visual Effects Supervisor on working on Better ManJuly 19, 2025 • 14 mins Who else could pull off the animal transformation of one of the world’s biggest rockstars but Wētā FX? Wētā is well known for its visual effects mastery, and so when Robbie Williams said “make me an ape!”, it’s only natural that they were the ones for the job. The man responsible for Williams’ simian visage in Better Man was Visual Effects Supervisor Luke Millar, who was nominated for an Oscar for his work. A visual effects supervisor is responsible for coordinating all the different elements that comprise the visual effects of a production – most of which is invisible in many movies. He told Jack Tame it’s about balance – everyone always wants more for less, and so being creative and efficient is the name of the game. When it comes to Better Man, Millar got involved after working on the pre-visualisation work for the musical sequences before shooting began. “After seeing a couple of those sequences, I read the script, and that was me,” he said. “I was all in at that point to, to want to take on the challenge.” Listen here https://www.iheart.com/podcast/211-saturday-morning-with-jack-24837978/episode/luke-millar-wt-fx-visual-effects-286795502/
  17. The Deluxe CD with 17 songs looks fine :) Tracklist: 1. Rocket 2. Spies 3. Pretty Face 4. Bite Your Tongue 5. Cocky 6. All My Life 7. Human 8. Desire (Official FIFA Anthem) Well, I had feelings that Pocket Rocket would be the last song of the album but not sure I like the two songs have such big connections on a tracklist with 11 songs. So I'd prefer to see it on Deluxe. Then, while I do like two first singles, I hope there will be not only 3-mins songs. Just listened Rudebox & IC (what the albums they were!) and just hope we will get some experimental songs with long lyrics. Would be there any duets (not as musicians but singers) on the album? What's the G.E.M.B means? What song will be released as a single around the album release? Will be another part of the Tour in UK? What the sales will be without Tour (pre-sale tickets) support? Oct-10 is a good date for the release by now (if you know what I mean) but following the schedule and we will see. No covers (I think I can confirm that as 99%). Still angry that More Than This & The Mother and Her Mother (both songs are gems for me) were just the bonus tracks of XXV... I would safe them for Britpop. They defo has English fleur & mood. The melodies are really strong in these songs. If I'd decide to put Pocket Rocket or one of these two songs (already released) on a Standard version of BRITPOP I'd choose the second way. I do like that Beau also will get his personal song :)
