  1. Thanks for the info and explanation. I had no idea that pre-1994 releases had been screwed over by the BPI. What a shame that the eligible certifications for release like The Loco-Motion and Wouldn’t Change A Thing weren't claimed by PWL prior to the change in the rules.
  2. Oh I've not come across a "since 1994" rule - is that something that renders all of her UK sales pre-1994 negligible for certification?
  3. The other single I'm curious about is Wouldn’t Change a Thing which had sold 370k by 2014, so I can't see why it isn't certified Silver.
  4. Given that The Loco-Motion had sold 434k by 2018, why isn't it already certified in the UK? As the single was released prior to the sales thresholds being lowered, if it must achieve the previous higher levels (Silver 250k, Gold 500k, and Platinum 1m) then shouldn't it be Silver certified?
  5. LNIDIFIL (the Alok track) gets a huge response at the show, it really goes off, the energy alone justifies it's place on the setlist.
  6. This would be a fun one to get a few lines of in the requests section on tour.
  7. I'm disappointed it didn't make it into the Top 100 as that means it'll be forever absent from her Official Singles Chart history here: https://www.officialcharts.com/artist/43484/kylie/
  8. I'm loving the inclusion these snippets of other songs at each show, to make each one unique.
  9. Having seen (and loved!) the show in Australia and now seeing all the clips from the US, the only part I'd tweak would be the opening, as the build up and cut down version of Lights Camera Action doesn't quite hit the mark. I'd imagined we'd hear the first few lines of LCA before Kylie appears... "I'm two seconds away I'm right around the corner now I'm two seconds away Hold tight, I'm about to arrive" ...then Kylie would appear, and sing... "And this place is the space where I let it go And I hate to be waiting, so hold the door I got shades on my face and I'm looking like Lagerfeld's in Vogue Here I go" ...then finish the full song before moving on. It just seems like it would work much better. It's also the only song in the whole show that her vocals don't sound great, so Id pump up the backing vocals to cover that. She's singing on a moving swing so it's hardly surprising.
  10. Physicals being released on 28th March, just a day before the tour recommences, is great timing. I'm hoping that we get something new on digital too, like a remix.
  11. My Oh My is still doing great numbers on YouTube, both the music video and performance video. Yesterday the music video was her #2 most-watched. Totals so far: Music video 8.6 million views Performance video 3 million views For comparison, Lights Camera Action music video is on 3.5 million views.
  12. With the various post-Christmas New Year sales, and hopefully either Taboo or Good as Gone sent out to UK radio in January, Tension II should finally hit Gold certification.
  13. I just watched this. Looked pretty high budget to me... seeing her performing on the roof with the London skyline behind and fireworks going off all around and above her was pretty iconic!
  14. For me that first five track run is one of the strongest of any Kylie album ever released: Lights Camera Action Taboo Someone for Me Good as Gone Kiss Bang Bang
  15. It's a pretty good playlist, although weird it's called the 100 Greatest... when multiple tracks are repeated, so it's not actually 100 different songs!
