On monday deadringer/bat out of hell were at 6 in the album chart, not in the 40 now? I wonder did they add that to bat out of hell? I know its possible, but it's a bit of a dramatic drop no?

Years and years really going for it, on iTunes and amazon. Discounts etc etc, but an interesting chart battle in fairness.

Very valid point, I actually think it would be 2 or 3 thousand ahead. But a great showing all the same and looking like a new peak. Does anyone know why 2 bat out of hell 2,s are separate on the chart? Also will the meat loaf and bonnie Tyler one stay in the main chart?

Very close on the album chart. It's a pity there is no physicals available for Bat Out Of Hell, as I'd be confident of it getting to number 1. But still a new peak would be great!!

Can I ask a question? I've been away from the chart world in general for a while, always checked out album charts but the singles chart became very dull and predictable imo. But I've got back into it lately. I know streaming dominates the singles chart etc, but what about the album chart? Is itunes still important? And does Amazon's downloads make any impact? Many thanks

Yeah very true, I think if Meat Loafs 3 songs stay top 40 it would be an achievement. As for the album chart? There could be alot of hes albums re charting, I think he has a big shot at number one. The only thing and most important one at that is can people buy it? The cd,s are out of stock everywhere.

Fantastic results for Meat Loaf, even if they can stay top 40 it would be great. I know they have dropped alot off Regards streaming. But the itunes downloads may just be enough to keep them in the 40. As regards the albums, there should be alot of entries, provided new stock arrives on amazon and in the shops.

Yeah amazon uk seems to be running out aswell, could be a restock by tomorrow, I'm sure Sony are keen to deliver.

Absolutely so surprised by the streaming numbers, I'm more a fan of the old chart days etc, but it's been great to see this for Meat Loaf, but even as a fan I sometimes forget how popular he was down the years.
