Well she is completely touchable because if Adele released the debut would be bigger everywhere so.

The 3 track rule change was controversial but maybe arguable. Whereas this ACR is really just an unadulterated mess. This is the worst rule in any chart ever.

Next week is going to be closeish but I think Despacito will probably hold on. Rihanna/Khaled gains have slowed, they are hovering about 95% on spotify and 90% on iTunes.

Does the album chart include TEA or is it only SEA?
