I'm thinking Mr Brightside has missed out on a reset 😂

Jack not on the chart today 😲 sounds like there aren't many football resets then.

Really interested to see what effect the football being on Wednesday will have!

I think Total Eclipse was already reset in the mids so it's likely we won't see that in the top 40 sadly

Great Expectation was played on Breakfast today so it may be a mistake from Radio 1, they were probably meant to take off Material Lover instead

Wonder how the Thursday estimates will affect the footy songs. Potential resets for Fat Les/New Order? EDIT Hey Jude 7 combined!

As mentioned by others some people believe the Big Top 40 on Capital is official, likely because it's still on Sunday! If Radio 1 aired the final chart on Sunday and make it very clear that it's the official one I can see there being a big audience for it. I can't imagine the number of people listening to the chart specifically for the reveal is very high now anyway.

World Cup songs to drop like a stone next week then.

No OCC article yet but it's on BBC Sounds as an edition of Pick Of The Pops: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m002yxrf

Must have misheard that - I assumed it was streaming only as there are some glaring omissions (Sound Of Music, most Rolling Stones albums) and it's the same as the "most streamed" chart as published on the OCC site. Maybe a mistake on the BBC's part?

They may as well just push the Friday chart reveal to Sunday at this point! Would be good to get the correct Thursday streams if they moved it.

This is the main reason I just can't get behind them, the Gallaghers are genuinely some of the most insufferable people to get famous.

Midnight Sun missing out on a new peak to ACR, it would've been at 6 this week!

Rein Me In 1, Wonderwall 2 and 3 Lions at 3 today according to the OCC

Top 40 for the 60s revealed by the OCC.

This is exactly how I feel!

England fans in America?

O-Rod - Honeybee looking to enter at 34, quite a bit lower than I thought! Hope Drop Dead doesn't overtake it by Friday.

Could Waka Waka be on for the top 20 if England progress? 24 in the update! (Mr Brightside at 38 💀)

41 weeks!

Danger Days top 2 😲 good timing with the tour as the streams will be high! Nice to see the Stones riding high again.

It wasn't directly confirmed by any of the presenters but I would imagine they used the figures with the top 2 tracks downweighted as this is how the album streaming charts are calculated each week.

Now the big one - the all time top 20! (sales and streams) 1. Greatest Hits - Queen (1981) 2. ABBA Gold: Greatest Hits - ABBA (1992) 3. I think the 90s countdown will be done live on Saturday so nothing for that yet.
