If a man was singing Choosin Texas no one would care, just more forgettable country rubbish with cliche lyrics, how it ever took off outside the States is beyond me

First number ones for Ella Langley and Myles Smith on the singles and albums respectively

MJ singlehandedly saving this top 10 for me

Ah boo country slop is officially top 10, the UK charts are becoming more like the US charts each week...

Free Your Mind is getting a bit annoying now, the repetition of "fiiiiiiiiiind" is grating

Much weaker compared to Talk To You but can't complain as it's a big jump for a new hit!

Earrings still so low despite the clearout!

Ouch at this outpeaking Waka Waka!

Shame Harry overtook Mac. Both great songs but would've rather had Cinderella in! Would've also liked a Kiss All The Time song to debut...

Naming the two songs I'm glad didn't make it in 😂

Annoying thing is though that there have been so many new songs peaking between 41-50 that wouldve gone top 40 without old song resets!

7 of the 15 songs so far were released before 2025!

They really don't like Aperture do they... shame as it's much better than American Girls!

Ooh if this somehow ends up getting a new peak (I doubt it) the reset will be justified

I can't even properly celebrate the ACR clearout as barely anything has changed so far, still just stuff past their peak sticking around... new entries please start coming in the next few weeks!

Hope this hasn't increased in streams and is off to ACR, less of the old songs that aren't reaching a new peak please...

This just makes me salty that songs that actually deserve resets and top 40 placements like The Chain, Sweater Weather and The Night We Met never got them and instead the same old stuff is getting back in just because it's "good for PR"...

FFS can England fans start singing actual good songs with the team. Bet Noah Kahan has missed out on the top 40 for this

Go going to ACR at the right time! More of that please

Three Lions staying in is a shock! Shame it was skipped...

They always say last week's number one is a contender

England helping Wonderwall back in?

A year to the week Rein Me In made its debut! Hope there are no Taylor shenanigans this week and we get at least one new entry!

It actually sold more in the week it was knocked off the top than in any week it was number one - even without the announcement of its "deletion" it wasn't going to beat Bryan Adams

Think it was meant to be Frankie Laine instead of Al Martino!
