Wow that's a big jump for Ordinary, seemingly confirms the clearout. Guessing it's pretty tight lower down the chart (and Amazon's favourites are edging ahead) for this to be up so high

Looks like this will finally get a new peak this week!

Fingers crossed the fabled ACR clearout happens! The top 20 has been so stagnant this year

I like Fleetwood Mac as much as the next person but them being THIS successful compared to other 20th century groups just feels weird!

Rein Me In is going back to the top isn't it 😂

+5 Billie Jean +4 Beat It +3 Rein Me In +2 Dracula +1 Hate That I Made You Love Me -1 Midnight Sun -2 Drop Dead -3 Stupid Song -4 The Cure -5 I Knew It I Knew You

Would love this rule in theory but it would harm artists who don't shift nearly as many physicals as Taylor and could use the boost for a higher position...

O Rod's 9th number one single and 3rd number one album this week.

She's a pretty tyrannical ruler...

Highlights: Good Riddance, So What, Daddy Cool, Sail Away, Paranoid Android, Somebody's Watching Me, Get Back, Surround Sound, Lost, Monday Monday, Into Dust and Welcome To The DCC, all great certs this week!

71k sales for Taylor - must have been a crazy amount of physicals!

Assuming it's holding up and Rein Me In doesn't make a surprise climb it probably should, unless there's more Taylor shenanigans or Toy Story gives it a big boost

(to the tune of Jolene) Taylor, Taylor, Taylor, Tayloooor, I'm begging you, please don't take my number one... Taylor, Taylor, Taylor, Tayloooor, please don't take it just because you can...

Darn it Taylor!

They blocked Twenty One Pilots and Inhaler too but the second was incidental I think. 21P was absolutely deliberate! The OCC lists it as an EMI record so they're still pushing it!

A similar thing happened for Billie and Charli back in 2024 and tried to do it with Sabrina, her label has a thing for blocking other female pop stars from the top if they can

Yeah with the way the albums article was posted earlier I'm thinking Taylor shenanigans have kicked in and taken the top

Can't believe I'm saying this but come on Olivia R!

Starting to think Taylor has pulled off some sneaky trick to stay at number one...

First time all MJ songs in the chart get played in the same week!

Featuring Kendrick Lamar with more damning allegations please ♥️

YEEEEES DRAKE OUT THE TOP 10 AND SKIPPED RAAAAAHHH

Go skipped after they play rubbish 😢

Can Lush Life go to ACR already 😭 19 and 23! Surprised the OCC have posted albums already, if an artist does the double they usually wait until the singles are revealed (no spoilers in the article BTW)

Good grief at Earrings stuck again! Glad Embrace held in the top 5, interested to see where Angine De Poitrine are.
