Taylor really messed up her promotion this time . First focusing on CDs and then on vinyl. I’m not even sure she’ll manage to hit #1. And she even dropped it during Super Bowl week, another questionable decision.

Louis Tomlinson’s album is incredible! I was never a fan. Out of curiosity I sat down and listened to it and honestly the tracks one after another are amazing!

Jack Garratt’s album Pillars was a very strong release and because streaming sales weren’t fully counted, it ended up peaking at just #43. Wasn’t that unfair?

Come on, let’s be honest! Is the new track by Harry Styles really worth being at No.1? And yes, I’m saying this as someone who’s already pre-ordered the new album...

You do have a point regarding the Singles Chart. However, when it comes to the Album Chart, it’s quite sad to see new releases from veterans of the music industry such as Belinda Carlisle, Kim Wilde, Kenny Thomas and even the latest albums of Jack Garratt struggling and sinking simply because they don’t generate strong streaming sales.

Unfortunately streaming sales have ruined the charts. They should be weighted at a much lower percentage. It’s extremely unfair. As for Harry Styles I find it musically smart but anti-radio and second-tier for a lead single. And I love him generally but …

To be honest i like her. Of course, to make it into the official Top 100 it needs more than 5,000 sales. Otherwise, she also needs streaming numbers, which unfortunately she doesn’t have.

As a said before, the album is very good. I didn't use the word "great". It has some catchy songs.

It’s a very good album. I expected it to be successful. I can’t understand why there’s so much negative criticism from some magazines/sites. It can’t be that only Taylor Swift or Olivia Dean or indie artists can be No.1. It’s time for pop albums and pop groups to rise to No.1 as well. I expect it to stay at No.1 tomorrow too! They absolutely deserve it. The promotion has been insane !

The smart move would have been to release “Raindance” on vinyl with Dave & Tems. That would have given it a real chance not just for second place, but possibly even for first. Unfortunately there probably isn’t enough budget for the label to properly support it.

The saddest part is that Chris Rea didn’t even make the top five. Is it possible to have one of the most beautiful Christmas songs and not be included at all?

Christmas songs don’t disappear even this week! I’m very sorry for Chris Rea. A huge disappointment! I’m expecting Dave & Tems to be at the top.
