Spinach is a good source of iron, peanuts/peanut butter has protein in it, so do beans, eggs... Quorn's grill steak things have added protein... There's no excuse.

It's quite a good song, never seen that shown on tv before. All they ever show is In Too Deep.

They are both good songs. I've not really heard much of their stuff apart from about 2 singles.
