Yeah but only in the work environment. Imagine if you were the one who didn't speak welsh. They could be saying anything. If everyone speaks english but not all speak welsh then obvously go for the one you all do speak.

I would've thought it being in Wales they'd talk Welsh anyway? I suppose I agree with it though, because it's unfair on people who don't speak the language.
